I just used it wrapping a feature and it met every post production crew's needs, without ANY problems whatsoever. How rare that is is really unheard of. We are so appreciative of ExaVault. It's fast, organized and user-friendly. Nothing is misleading or confusing about the site. It's the most convenient data sharing on the planet. Thanks again ExaVault, spreading the word is the least we can do! ExaVault is the best option, period.

Really Good, minor changes would make it perfect We're finding ExaVault really convenient as a landing place for telemetered data-logger data and conveniently, securely sharing this data with various customers. I especially like our ability to have our brand on the page. One thing that I wish you could do is retrospectively change/divide the access permissions for folders/sub-folders that have already been created. We made a number of folders under a main folder only to find that we couldn't modify access permissions in the way we desired. We ended up having to create multiple new root folders and allocate/restrict access that way. Some of this hinged on the need to program our data-loggers to drop the data in a specified folder. Not a biggie but slightly less convenient than we thought it would be.

Prior to their recent overhaul of their… Prior to their recent overhaul of their Website, Exavault was great, but with their Website change, the experience has been degraded. Our users have to constantly reload their browser and login multiple times to get to the services or info they need.

Very good performance and service. Best bang for your buck out there, and everything you could ask for in a hosted FTP solution. We've used Exavault for about three months now after researching our alternatives pretty extensively. The price and performance are what sold us on Exavault. The flexibility of the user interface with either browser and link based file sharing, or the traditional FTP/SFTP client approach fits our needs and works well for us and our customers both. The customer service is fast and friendly. You can't go wrong with Exavault.

Good service when no outage Until recently, we were quite satisfied with the experience provided by Exavault. But in the last two weeks we have had two serious service outages, and lost our own customers' data in the process. The ExaVault status page gave no information about these outages and hardly gave us any hint that wouldn't happen again.
