My employer sent me some link which i clicked, I got to the contract, signed, and then the last step was to verify my ID with IDnow. What a terrible unprofessional company. The operator typically hangs up after taking the call. On the third time the operator actually spoke to me and told me they only support Germany. Then the operator hung up without answering my questions. I'm in a different EU country (which is why we're doing the employment contract like this). They don't support other EU countries' ID cards. So we'll have to find some other way to sign this contract. I hope they get a refund from this terrible company. If you don't support the EU, don't offer your services there.

It is so easy to use It is so easy to use, most of my clients over the last few years have enjoyed their experience of Docusign. I just make sure I remind them to click finish when they've finished or the software won't register their signature. A lot of my clients are not from the internet generation, so they need an extra bit of personal guidance and reassurance. This software saves me so much time at work.

Please do not use!!! Again same as below, been using these for 7 months. 4 months in they doubled my monthly bill. Customer service is shocking they refuse to refund and keep closing your case. Honestly please for the love and money use another company. I’ve just had a baby and being self employed finances are tight and now they have taken over £200.00 more than they are meant to. Horrible company! Trying to cancel contract currently.

We have used Docusign since lockdown… We have used Docusign since lockdown for work as a letting agent - it saves us over 80 sheets of paper for every new tenant's move in pack, is super easy to use and make our life miles easier! We were a bit apprehensive about shifting onto a digital version of our work, but now can't believe we hadn't done it sooner.
