GBDocusign's Customer Service Falls Short My recent encounter with Docusign's customer service left much to be desired. Trying to get in touch with a representative was impossible. Despite several attempts to get answers from them, none of my issues were resolved. Requested a phone cal but again received no response.

GBPlease do not use!!! Again same as below, been using these for 7 months. 4 months in they doubled my monthly bill. Customer service is shocking they refuse to refund and keep closing your case. Honestly please for the love and money use another company. I’ve just had a baby and being self employed finances are tight and now they have taken over £200.00 more than they are meant to. Horrible company! Trying to cancel contract currently.

GBCan't downgrade I have used docusign free for a few years and in the last 9 months paid subscription. In general is very good But now I want to cancel/downgrade but is impossible to do this on mobile site and app. Seems like it is being purposely made difficult to do so to retain paying customers?! Update: I managed to do this via desktop site, so would say UX / cross platform needs some attention

GBSimple to use Its just so simple to use. There are tons of great features, but you can keep it as simple as you like. I wouldn't ever use paper to keep signed records anymore - even if the person is sat next to me. A digital signature/record is far more robust way to organise and record your documents.

CANo way to contact support - refunds are IMPOSSIBLE Cancelling your subscription is SUPER hard, contacting support is impossible, as all support links go to broken web pages. So I can't get a refund because their refund policy is to contact support! What a farce. Take your paying users seriously and maybe Docusign wouldn't have so many bad reviews from what should be a simple subscription & product.
