GBI'm trying to close my account I'm trying to close my account and it is a sickening process. Delibertly designed to be circular, confusing & demoralising. Genuinely pathetic tactics & has me wasting my time going in circled looking for buttons to close the account... THAT ARE NOT THERE ON BOTH THE PHONE & DESKTOP. CZI'm signing an employment contract with… I'm signing an employment contract with this tool. My employer sent me some link which i clicked, I got to the contract, signed, and then the last step was to verify my ID with IDnow. What a terrible unprofessional company. The operator typically hangs up after taking the call. On the third time the operator actually spoke to me and told me they only support Germany. Then the operator hung up without answering my questions. I'm in a different EU country (which is why we're doing the employment contract like this). They don't support other EU countries' ID cards. So we'll have to find some other way to sign this contract. I hope they get a refund from this terrible company. If you don't support the EU, don't offer your services there.

GBCan't downgrade I have used docusign free for a few years and in the last 9 months paid subscription. In general is very good But now I want to cancel/downgrade but is impossible to do this on mobile site and app. Seems like it is being purposely made difficult to do so to retain paying customers?! Update: I managed to do this via desktop site, so would say UX / cross platform needs some attention

GBDocuSign wants to change $299.00 to sign forms on line 👎👎👎 Just a consumer with a accident case after 3 free signatures you can not sign anymore documents without purchasing a minimum $299.00 plan!! BS! For now on I be sure to use USPS mail service. I will make sure to tell anyone that wants to do business with me " I do not use DocuSign anymore".

GBDocusign is really easy to use and… Docusign is really easy to use and allows me to use template documents quickly to confirm details. I've also used the mobile version to draft simple equipment loan documents on the spot during delivery. Educating your clients is part of the process - I've found that talking them through the process on the phone is helpful the first time.
