GBDocuSign Stress Eating The Documents in Doc U Sign have a short life span. Trying to send them by email as an attachment to my spouse for printing caused stress. I encountered issues just downloading a simple, printable format that is viewable and printable to the recipient. I never figured it out after 3 hours working together with my husband and eating two cupcakes, a slice of carrot cake, and a chocolate coconut nest for comfort food. In my opinion this DocuSign dilemma requires a degree in web development and technology. I don't want or need Fort Knox safety features to keep the documents safe from prowling eyes. Had horrible post trauma remembering real estate transactions using DocuSign with negative client feedback, I do not recommend this.

GBQuick and very easy to use Quick and easy to use especially if you set up your templates. Takes less than 5 mins to send off a contract! The tracking function is very useful to see if the signatories have viewed the document so you can follow-up with them. Though the recipient notifications tend to go into the junk folder, we can pre-empt this by giving them a heads-up. As a bonus, they have interesting free webinars dealing with the changing economy and the way we now work. Our business has been using docusign for over a year now and it's fantastic.

GBDocuSign wants to change $299.00 to sign forms on line 👎👎👎 Just a consumer with a accident case after 3 free signatures you can not sign anymore documents without purchasing a minimum $299.00 plan!! BS! For now on I be sure to use USPS mail service. I will make sure to tell anyone that wants to do business with me " I do not use DocuSign anymore".

CZI'm signing an employment contract with… I'm signing an employment contract with this tool. My employer sent me some link which i clicked, I got to the contract, signed, and then the last step was to verify my ID with IDnow. What a terrible unprofessional company. The operator typically hangs up after taking the call. On the third time the operator actually spoke to me and told me they only support Germany. Then the operator hung up without answering my questions. I'm in a different EU country (which is why we're doing the employment contract like this). They don't support other EU countries' ID cards. So we'll have to find some other way to sign this contract. I hope they get a refund from this terrible company. If you don't support the EU, don't offer your services there.
