GBDocusign's Customer Service Falls Short My recent encounter with Docusign's customer service left much to be desired. Trying to get in touch with a representative was impossible. Despite several attempts to get answers from them, none of my issues were resolved. Requested a phone cal but again received no response.

GBI'm trying to close my account I'm trying to close my account and it is a sickening process. Delibertly designed to be circular, confusing & demoralising. Genuinely pathetic tactics & has me wasting my time going in circled looking for buttons to close the account... THAT ARE NOT THERE ON BOTH THE PHONE & DESKTOP. GBTerrible customer service non existent… Terrible customer service non existent . No E nail address and Sll calls are outsourced to people not trained in billing or refunds . Beware . It’s also gotten expensive .

CANo way to contact support - refunds are IMPOSSIBLE Cancelling your subscription is SUPER hard, contacting support is impossible, as all support links go to broken web pages. So I can't get a refund because their refund policy is to contact support! What a farce. Take your paying users seriously and maybe Docusign wouldn't have so many bad reviews from what should be a simple subscription & product.

GBA great timesaver Very easy to use, I just wish there were a few more options so I didn't have to use "free text" so option. And I wish Docusign didn't treat me as a new user every time I log in; I've sent about 50 documents via this service, I don't need to be shown how to create an envelope again! Other than that, it's a great product, that saves me a lot of time
