I find DocuSign a great tool to use for… SIGNATURES! I find DocuSign a great tool to use for signatures for all our important contracts and documents. It is efficient, user friendly. The switching between signees is easy and entering details where needed is straightforward. We have been using for about 5 years now. Highly recommend.

wrongful billing predatory I was never notified of the charging per document amount or the change in pricing I have been paying 48 dollars for 2 years now you are way over charging me without notifying me of a change in pricing I will be filing a complaint against your company with the BBB and the FTC. I do not authorize you to continue to wrongful without authorization charge my credit card for more then the plan I signed up for! Have a supervisor call me asap 480-626-3153 I have been trying to contact your company reguarding these wrongful amounts I have been charged. You did not notify me of any price change. I signed up for a 48 dollar a month plan not hundreds of dollars you have billed me and your company will not respond I have tried to contact support 3 times I will be disputing these charges with my bank and filing a complaint with the BBB and the FTC.

It is so easy to use It is so easy to use, most of my clients over the last few years have enjoyed their experience of Docusign. I just make sure I remind them to click finish when they've finished or the software won't register their signature. A lot of my clients are not from the internet generation, so they need an extra bit of personal guidance and reassurance. This software saves me so much time at work.

No way to contact support - refunds are IMPOSSIBLE Cancelling your subscription is SUPER hard, contacting support is impossible, as all support links go to broken web pages. So I can't get a refund because their refund policy is to contact support! What a farce. Take your paying users seriously and maybe Docusign wouldn't have so many bad reviews from what should be a simple subscription & product.

A business essential - thank you DocuSign! Couldn't live within this tool - started off using their free, signer account and recently upgraded to the paid version. Didn't think it could get any better but it has. I now get pretty much all of my contracts returned within hours - which has impacted our bottom line. The team are also really helpful, whenever I have had a question. Thanks team DocuSign!
