CAI started an account as shine-on I started an account as shine-on. It all sounded so positive, the company was bragging about how they help beginners in this space. Then they shut down my domain before it even began. They Stated were going in a different direction. Ok, guess I am going in a new direction as well, definitely not your direction. Not impressed!! Thanks for nothing.

GBFantastic customer service! I recently had an order which didn't go quite as I expected. When I finally spoke to someone (via email) at the company, they bent over backwards to more than correct the issue and ensure that I finished the transaction as a happy customer. Thank you Max! GBAn order which had to be returned I ordered the special watches and the order process was great and fast. The watches came in a timely manner. The watches were not exactly what I wanted so I contacted ShineOn and received a courteous e-mail for the return. I would rate the company as a reliable and friendly company and would definitely do business with them again.

GBI ordered my Daughter in law a necklace… I ordered my Daughter in law a necklace with the baby's picture in it and they said it would be here in time for christmas and it's not gave me a tracking number or nothing or they won't answer me back!! I am very disappointed and thank god I went through paypal cause I will be asking for a refund!! You don't tell people it will arrive for christmas then it don't !!

GBI love this company I love this company. They are so helpful and their products are quality. Any time I have a question or issue, they are so quick to respond. They also put out training videos frequently to help us in our eCommerce business.
