They did not pull SO jewelry from E it had to do with a change in their handmade policy that made anyone selling simple pendants against their policy. There are still many compliant products you can sell on E. As per quality I have not had an issue but they also stand behind free replacements for 60 days due to any defect in manufacturing or damaged shipment. And did I mention how much fun and energy this brand radiates?
