Nightmare experience Went on line to order a cross for my grandson, added $20 for the mahogany box. Input my payment info and got message "payment details couldnt be verified try again" double checked my info everything was correct, so reentered, same message. Meantime saw pending charge for the amount pending on my bank account. Spent half hour messaging with "customer service". they asked for order number, i didnt get one since the payment was denied, was told maybe the charge on my bank wasnt from them which it was, I asked how they accessed my bank if the info didnt match, they didnt know. Finally gave up . Just witing to make sure no charge actually goes thru on my bank. Will NEVER order from these people again.

Bought a necklace from them i had seen… Bought a necklace from them i had seen avertised on facebook on the 8th of December for my partner. Emailed me to say download Route app to track my parcel, 14 days went by and still no tracking number. After 6 emails and 3 fb messages I got a reply to say they could not find my address on the post office. So after me stating you've had my money for 2 weeks and you have not even bothered to email me to say your struggling to find my address they refunded me in full and told me they would send the item still. Still hasn't arrived which I knew wouldn't.

They sell cheap junk They sell cheap junk. The quality is so bad their items are not allowed to be sold on Etsy. What they do to circumvent this block is have a 3rd party like AnywherePOD integrate with Etsy for them. Don't fall for this trick. Do not bother selling any of this company's items. Your customers will just be angry with you.

Their products are beautiful and they have added so many new categories and types of products lately it is amazing. Their customer service and support is the best I have seen. They go the distance to educate their Sellers and help them to be successful. It is a great team of people both sellers and the company that support each other. Someone mentioned about Etsy and there are still a lot of people selling on etsy. The only thing that Etsy doesn't allow is the jewelry because they don't feel the message cards that accompany the jewelry constitute a handmade product, but the other products can be sold there.
