GBI ordered my Daughter in law a necklace… I ordered my Daughter in law a necklace with the baby's picture in it and they said it would be here in time for christmas and it's not gave me a tracking number or nothing or they won't answer me back!! I am very disappointed and thank god I went through paypal cause I will be asking for a refund!! You don't tell people it will arrive for christmas then it don't !!

GBAn order which had to be returned I ordered the special watches and the order process was great and fast. The watches came in a timely manner. The watches were not exactly what I wanted so I contacted ShineOn and received a courteous e-mail for the return. I would rate the company as a reliable and friendly company and would definitely do business with them again.

GBBought a necklace from them i had seen… Bought a necklace from them i had seen avertised on facebook on the 8th of December for my partner. Emailed me to say download Route app to track my parcel, 14 days went by and still no tracking number. After 6 emails and 3 fb messages I got a reply to say they could not find my address on the post office. So after me stating you've had my money for 2 weeks and you have not even bothered to email me to say your struggling to find my address they refunded me in full and told me they would send the item still. Still hasn't arrived which I knew wouldn't.
