BGShineOn has the most incompetent… ShineOn has the most incompetent customer service imaginable. One customer service agent tells you one thing and the next day another tells you the exact opposite. They end the conversation by telling you they will talk to the team and write you an email, but never do. Their subscription tier is obviously an enigma. It says on the website you don't have full access to the catalogue with lower tiers, but then the customer service tells you you do on one day, and on the next, that you don't but nobody knows which items are included in which tier. The worst thing is, that their platform in no longer compatible with Etsy and Etsy will block your store if you offer ShineOn products but they hide this information and tell you to use intermediaries to make those eintegrate. Basically, Etsy has kicked them out, and they pretend this never happened and try to circumvent this ban without telling the sellers. So ou can lose multiple stores over their lie if Etsy blocks your account. They tell you you need shopify to buy their higher tiers after you have explained you are working with Etsy and not Shopify. This is the most annoying and infuriating experience I have had. That looks like a scam site a kin to the famous Nigerian prince will scam. If you want to keep your account at Etsy do not try ShineOn. Do not try them in any case, as they have no clue about their own business and what is included in their own offer.

GBBought a necklace from them i had seen… Bought a necklace from them i had seen avertised on facebook on the 8th of December for my partner. Emailed me to say download Route app to track my parcel, 14 days went by and still no tracking number. After 6 emails and 3 fb messages I got a reply to say they could not find my address on the post office. So after me stating you've had my money for 2 weeks and you have not even bothered to email me to say your struggling to find my address they refunded me in full and told me they would send the item still. Still hasn't arrived which I knew wouldn't.

GBPoor customer service I ordered item May of 2020 and have yet to receive confirmation of order. In addition I had ordered previous items and requested 2 be exchanged for same necklace different design and did not receive exchange or response. Beware they will not exchange or take returns. Jewelry itself was okay not as good as I expected.

GBAll their jewellery is from Temu and… All their jewellery is from Temu and Shein etc!! I have purchased from here and never again. I cannot believe I was silly enough to pay 10x the price for something literally made in China. Order was under my partners name not my own just fyi.
