GBI love this company I love this company. They are so helpful and their products are quality. Any time I have a question or issue, they are so quick to respond. They also put out training videos frequently to help us in our eCommerce business.

BGShineOn has the most incompetent… ShineOn has the most incompetent customer service imaginable. One customer service agent tells you one thing and the next day another tells you the exact opposite. They end the conversation by telling you they will talk to the team and write you an email, but never do. Their subscription tier is obviously an enigma. It says on the website you don't have full access to the catalogue with lower tiers, but then the customer service tells you you do on one day, and on the next, that you don't but nobody knows which items are included in which tier. The worst thing is, that their platform in no longer compatible with Etsy and Etsy will block your store if you offer ShineOn products but they hide this information and tell you to use intermediaries to make those eintegrate. Basically, Etsy has kicked them out, and they pretend this never happened and try to circumvent this ban without telling the sellers. So ou can lose multiple stores over their lie if Etsy blocks your account. They tell you you need shopify to buy their higher tiers after you have explained you are working with Etsy and not Shopify. This is the most annoying and infuriating experience I have had. That looks like a scam site a kin to the famous Nigerian prince will scam. If you want to keep your account at Etsy do not try ShineOn. Do not try them in any case, as they have no clue about their own business and what is included in their own offer.

GBThey sell cheap junk They sell cheap junk. The quality is so bad their items are not allowed to be sold on Etsy. What they do to circumvent this block is have a 3rd party like AnywherePOD integrate with Etsy for them. Don't fall for this trick. Do not bother selling any of this company's items. Your customers will just be angry with you.

GBI ordered my Daughter in law a necklace… I ordered my Daughter in law a necklace with the baby's picture in it and they said it would be here in time for christmas and it's not gave me a tracking number or nothing or they won't answer me back!! I am very disappointed and thank god I went through paypal cause I will be asking for a refund!! You don't tell people it will arrive for christmas then it don't !!

GBAn order which had to be returned I ordered the special watches and the order process was great and fast. The watches came in a timely manner. The watches were not exactly what I wanted so I contacted ShineOn and received a courteous e-mail for the return. I would rate the company as a reliable and friendly company and would definitely do business with them again.
