A Happy Sleeper I did a LOT of research on beds before choosing Puffy. I studied ratings and comments across many sites, and Puffy was rated one of the top mattresses. I also weeded out foreign made mattresses as I wanted one made in USA. The Puffy Lux Hybrid Mattress itself was rated Medium/Firm, which is accurate. Needing a bit softer feel for myself I added a soft Puffy Mattress topper and now it is perfect! Oh - and their customer service is very responsive!

False Promises Re: Re: Big rewards from Puffy ✨ I still have not received the code for the free pillow this will be the second time this has happened. I did what I was supposed to do review the product, send a screenshot of the review, now I'm waiting for a unique code that I have never received is this how your company do business? Again as I said this is the second time but I will make the Post online with Google trustpilot and others so that people will know not to do the review for a free pillow. Apparently the practice is to get the reviews but not send the product. How very very sad.

Will my mattress ever be delivered? Ordered a mattress on the 11th of March and it is now the 26th of March and the mattress has still not arrived. Numerous calls and emails and still no mattress!

This was one of the best experiences… This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had. Even though I did not keep the mattress the service and the whole process was incredible. As I have told multiple friends who… As I have told multiple friends who have gotten the Puffy, It is life changing. I mean to sleep all night without moving because you are so relaxed that your body doesn't want to move is an experience we all should live with every night.
