GBFirst class all the way around! Puffy products and their customer service are 2nd to none! We have their mattresses, pillows, blankets, rugs, and mattress protectors...All top quality and phenomenal products. Super comfortable, great night of sleep, and top quality. Beyond that, I have never experienced a customer service team remotely close to Puffy's. Super friendly, helpful, and crazy efficient. I got help on a Sunday, New Years Day...A holiday!!! Within 5 minutes of sending an email to them my issue was resolved! 5 minutes on a holiday! Incredible!!! Thanks for everything!

GBPuffy has an amazing guarantee and return policy Puffy has an amazing guarantee and return policy. The product seemed really good, however, we had hoped that the mattress and adjustable base would address certain sleep issues. Unfortunately our particular issues did not improve, but this is not due to Puffy. Nonetheless, they quickly arranged a pick up to take the mattress and adjustable base away for donation. It was truly white glove service. Puffy has been exceptional throughout the whole process.

GBAmazing product and great service Company was very good to work with. Mattress topper was amazing but unfortunately it was too plush for my wife and caused low back pain. We gave it a try for a couple months and her back wasn't getting any better. I contacted customer support about the issues and they started our refund process. They did not try and pressure me into keeping it, they just walked me through the process and refunded my purchase. My only complaint is that I had to go through the refund process. We loved the topper it was just 2 soft for us. (FYI I'm over 220lbs) and from what I've read recently I'm not supposed to use plush but instead have a firmer Mattress.

GBREAD the fine print on RETURN POLICY The Puffy Company has a generous return policy ONLY if you buy directly from them online. I wanted to lie on the bed before purchase, so we sampled in store and bought from a retail store thinking they would follow the company policy. After sleeping on it one night, my back was killing me. I’ve never had back trouble before!!! The individual store WOULD NOT honor Puffy policy. I called the company and was told the return policy is left up to the retailer and the company return policy ONLY works for online sales. I am out the cost of two twin XL mattresses!
