A Happy Sleeper I did a LOT of research on beds before choosing Puffy. I studied ratings and comments across many sites, and Puffy was rated one of the top mattresses. I also weeded out foreign made mattresses as I wanted one made in USA. The Puffy Lux Hybrid Mattress itself was rated Medium/Firm, which is accurate. Needing a bit softer feel for myself I added a soft Puffy Mattress topper and now it is perfect! Oh - and their customer service is very responsive!

Puffy LIES about Lifetime Warranty! SCAM ALERT Company lies about the lifetime warranties AND the height of their mattresses! My mattress pad legit started to fall apart at 2 1/2 years and they denied my claim after I’ve used it very gently! Very unsettling. The emails I got were very rude and essentially flat out no for a legit claim. Horrible company. Also you can’t write reviews on their website unless you purchase and they send you a link and then you can’t edit your review and they give you a $350 coupon to write review so it’s a scam! Measure your mattress! Mine said it would expand a 14 inches and it only expanded to 11 instead of letting me return it back they sent me a complementary mattress pad for essentially lying.

This was one of the best experiences… This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had. Even though I did not keep the mattress the service and the whole process was incredible. I want to thank everyone for the professional interaction and clear company statements and promises. Well done PUFFY!

Immediately we got to Puffy Immediately we got to Puffy, Rushen jumped into action. He asked us for our budget and within 5 mins, He has us try mattresses that fit our specifications and price range. After trying a few mattress stores to no avail, we were feeling a tad dejected, but Rushen helped us find our perfect mattresses with utmost efficiency and enthusiasm. To say that I am pleased is an understatement. Rushen is a fairy gentleman and this is the best shopping experience I have had in ages. 5 stars!

Will my mattress ever be delivered? Ordered a mattress on the 11th of March and it is now the 26th of March and the mattress has still not arrived. Numerous calls and emails and still no mattress!
