GBLousy communication, order canceled. After accepting my order and processing my credit card, the next day I get a status update saying my status was CANCELED. No explanation, I know my credit card is good so I am left to guess that they are out of stock, despite the fact it is still showing on their website.

GBdidn't like the fact that we never got … didn't like the fact that we never got a notification that the item was ship (tracking number) so we could track the package. then i call and spoke to a gentleman that states he would email information and never receive the email. then the gentleman called back after the fact and we had already receive the package.

GBAVOID!!! Closed business or scams buyers and then runs? AVOID!! I purchased a laptop HD less than SIX months ago and it has already died. When I went to the TP website last Friday, it was gone. The phone number from the receipt from my purchase was disconnected. The website is back up, selling to people (scamming them, probably) and the phone number is STILL disconnected. Even the Chat Live feature is "Away" until 10PM. What? I don't know if I'll get my money back, even if I sue, but I'd shop somewhere else if I were you. Don't get scammed like I did.
