Scent only up close I’m not sure if I just got a faulty unit, I only smell the scent when I’m right in front of it, I come from outside and don’t smell it. I had it running at 70% already and the noise is another that I have yet to get used to, I can only imagine my guest wondering what that hissing sound is.

Love it!! I researched scent machines for weeks and decided to go with Aroma Retail because of Kylee's great customer service. I purchased the Professional Scent Machine along with the air switch kit and we love how the scent fills our entire three level home! We love getting compliments on how good our home smells when we have company over! Money well spent!

She loves the Kudzu vine smell but not many persons outside of the south are familiar with it. The statement about percent of intensity is incorrect, but I am learning how to adjust for my family. As I can not safely travel outside the USA, I may stop by your location before 2022. Be safe friends.

I ordered 3 travel diffusers for 3… I ordered 3 travel diffusers for 3 different rooms. I have 2 diffusers in my bedroom in different areas and can hardly smell anything! My son room Also the site does not give a estimate of the square footage this particular device can handle. Definitely need to return!

Basic technical failure The scents are good and everything seems great except for one major flaw. Over and over again the machine fails to keep the time correct. This is a basic function of any piece of technology and is simply and easily accomplished by anything with a microprocessor or microcontroller. But for some reason my Aroma Retail Scent diffuser always sets its time to something other than the actual time. This is critical for a device that as a basic function is supposed to run on a schedule and particularly if you have connected it to your HVAC system and need to synchronize with your fan settings. I have had my diffuser for a few months and this is an ongoing issue that they seem unable to correct. I am guessing they hired their somewhat smart 13 year-old nephew or something to do their software. Time to hire a real technical expert to fix this extremely basic issue.
