GBHorrible customer service! I was sent a diffuser that was defective. Returned the unit for a refund, but the cost of the original shipping was deducted from my refund. Why should I pay shipping for an item that was broken! Horrible customer service.!!! Got a call asking me to remove my review! She said my machine was working fine when I returned it. Absolutely not True!!! I sent them videos of the loud sound it was making and every day it just got louder.

MYThe home unit diffuser is great but the… The home unit diffuser is great but the fact that rotating it causes oil leakage really sucks. I mean little kids and many other factor sometimes make me forget that machine needs be standing straight still. I have lost two oil bottles just because machine was in horizontal position and not vertical. The tech is advanced please come up with better tech and fix this or is it a strategy so oil gets wasted and people buy more oil!

GBProfessional with Fragrance Oil - Scent Machine I ordered the professional today after speaking with the most intelligent, articulate ladies about the professional. Brittany and Marie were just amazing to work with. I'm told after ordering today, Wednesday, I received confirmation the unit will be here in two days. I'm going to connect the unit to my hvac, per the video, and will post an update after running it through it's paces. TY for all your support and patience.

GBNailed it I came in wanting a specific scent I could only partially articulate and had forgotten where I had smelt it. I sampled the smell bar and put aside some of the ones that had notes of what I loved but couldn’t put a finger in the specific scent I was looking for. The pretty redhead lady that looks related to young Catherine O’Hara, simply reviewed my collection of “likes” and said “Give him Crystals shops that’s gonna be the one” and sure enough she nailed it! I was so impressed and my house smells amazingggg!!!

GBHow long will oil really last I found this company when I went to check out aroma360 who is doing heavy advertising but has horrible reviews here and across other platforms. So far my experience has been good, except for after less than two days my app says my oil level is 44%. At my current settings the company says this oil should last 4-6 weeks. If it doesn't last at least a month I'll be returning the machine. The oil is far to expensive to only last a couple weeks. I have a feeling the app is horribly inaccurate in estimating the amount of oil left.
