When I responded she immediately sent the shipping confirmation. WOW! Sadly it's a rarity to deal with customer service reps that follow up so quickly and so directly. What amazing customer service! I was on the fence about buying--especially with the hefty price tag that comes along with the professional unit, but I'm officially sold now! Can't wait to pick my scent!

I ordered 3 travel diffusers for 3… I ordered 3 travel diffusers for 3 different rooms. I have 2 diffusers in my bedroom in different areas and can hardly smell anything! My son room Also the site does not give a estimate of the square footage this particular device can handle. Definitely need to return!

The infromarmtion regarding payment was clera and easy to aminster. The navigation on the site was smooth and efficent. My items arrvied quickly and in good condition. A small detail I was disapopinted with was that the item lacked some documentation that was in the description. I would say it was an oridnary experience all togther.

great custome service I have my professional machine for almost 3 years. I have called customer service a number of time to ask questions when something went wrong. Working with customer service was great. They were very helpful, at some point they did not know what was wrong. They replaced my unit within a week. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to scent their home.

Nailed it I came in wanting a specific scent I could only partially articulate and had forgotten where I had smelt it. I sampled the smell bar and put aside some of the ones that had notes of what I loved but couldn’t put a finger in the specific scent I was looking for. The pretty redhead lady that looks related to young Catherine O’Hara, simply reviewed my collection of “likes” and said “Give him Crystals shops that’s gonna be the one” and sure enough she nailed it! I was so impressed and my house smells amazingggg!!!
