GBExcellent service with reasonable… Excellent service with reasonable pricing options. The cloned line option works better than just having one line with call waiting as someone else can take the 2nd call on another phone or make a 2nd call on another phone while the other is in use. Setting up service is quick and easy. Another plus is that you can use your own device if you would like and they can provide the information you need to set your device yourself if you have experience. I highly recommend Phone Power!

SG1st Phone line operational BUT VoiP… 1st Phone line operational BUT VoiP device, ObiHai OBI302 is problematic. 2nd line connection not operating. NO support by phone from OBI and NO support via OBI website to correct 2nd line phone connection issue!! Can't even log in to OBI website after creating account. Need to correct or get a replacement device. Enough to make me consider cancelling my service overall and finding a new phone company.

GBNo issues with functionality and… No issues with functionality and audio/uptime service. Works as advertised for the most part. Only issue was 2nd line is not really a 2nd line but a 2nd port for the same phone number. You will have to purchase another line if you want a true 2nd line with a different phone number (personal and business line). Web site and advertising somewhat misleading in this regard.

GBGood for Friends and Family I have used PhonePower for about 10 years in business and for home. I have recommended it colleagues and family. Everyone who has tried it has been successful after porting their phone numbers, which admittedly may have some bumps -- telcos don't like losing customers. It is a rock-solid service... and a bargain, even before considering all the features, which my service (VZ) adds fees, bogus taxes and fees for. All in all a five out of five star service.

GBTerrible Stay Away This company is terrible and I would not recommend doing business with them. My issue specifically is that they were unable over a long period of time to make it possible to update a credit card or form of payment on there website. I stopped using the service and eventually had to mail them a check to settle up. My question is how bad at running a business do you have to be that you can't manage to collect money on your own website?
