GBTerrible Stay Away This company is terrible and I would not recommend doing business with them. My issue specifically is that they were unable over a long period of time to make it possible to update a credit card or form of payment on there website. I stopped using the service and eventually had to mail them a check to settle up. My question is how bad at running a business do you have to be that you can't manage to collect money on your own website?

GBWasn’t able to transfer my phone over Wasn’t able to transfer my phone over - one email was sent over a three-four week attempt. I called weekly with updates waited on hold for up to 25 mins - possibly still waiting in a refund and cancellation notice it’s been 3 weeks now

GBAm Pleased Price was higher than I expected due to state fees/taxes, but still saved me money over Comcast and Verizon costs. Equipment arrived when promised and quality of phone line so far is excellent (it's been about a month). Having a cloned line so I can get incoming/make outgoing calls when one line is in use is nice feature.

CAPhone Power has absolutely no interest… Phone Power has absolutely no interest in their soft phone quality. When a problem comes out it should be dealt with turn fixed right away not sure when the next update is due how much later. Unsatisfactory service.

GBGood for Friends and Family I have used PhonePower for about 10 years in business and for home. I have recommended it colleagues and family. Everyone who has tried it has been successful after porting their phone numbers, which admittedly may have some bumps -- telcos don't like losing customers. It is a rock-solid service... and a bargain, even before considering all the features, which my service (VZ) adds fees, bogus taxes and fees for. All in all a five out of five star service.
