GBOur small practice has used AdvancedMd… Our small practice has used AdvancedMd for two years the software can do amazing things if you choose to utilize all the bells and whistles. Whenever I have a question, they are reachable with little to no wait time. They usually can solve my issues in a matter of minutes with friendly customer service. I also use their RCM team and our team leader Jose- Miguel stays on top of my account. I am very pleased with our decision to use AdvancedMD and I would recommend them to any practice

GBBen was amazing Ben was amazing! He explained the product so well and even got us excited about the software purchase. We are usual a tough sell but his friendly and knowledgeable nature made us feel very at ease with the transition. We are genuinely excited to be working with Advance MD because of him!

GBSome times struggle to get to the… Some times struggle to get to the person needed to take care of the issue. Several times when calling in about an issue or keying one in via computer, we do not get call backs. We just keep checking on the issue, and it does get resolved, but it us testing to see if it is working yet. Most associates I speak with are friendly, which is appreciated!

GBThe trainer is horrible The trainer is horrible, does not seem to know anything about the system and is wasting our training hours looking up information or trying to make corrections to the system. We have had 5 training sessions and still no idea how to use the system. Also, everything that we were told that we would have, we don't. Very disappointing.

GBOur providers office consists of 17… Our providers office consists of 17 providers and office staff of 7, we found the software to be very user friendly, when you contact support, they are always readily available to assist Lori and Marilyn are my favorite. The system has so many reports that allow you to gather data for just about any issue. The RCM team was AMAZING, they really do strive to have claims resolution, if you can pick your team ask for Kevine Thompson, Felecia Green and Jessica Hartman those ladies are great and very patience :)
