Long-term client for 13+ years, growing concerns We have been a long-term client for 13+ years and are starting to get concerned about Buildium. We have seen new features drug out for years and still not useable, and changes to their listing syndications that we did not know about until we had to alert Buildium to the massive issues that it was creating. Hope to see some changes

We love the options for our tenants or… We love the options for our tenants or owners to pay online and they can view their reports and payments. It’s been so fun learning this system! We highly recommend it to others. Wish we could have started sooner with Buildium. We are growing our business and having this system in place with be a great bonus!

-Your software does not work well -Your software does not work well. It freezes up - for all staff whether they are in the office or on other computers outside of the office. -The software takes forever to run banking transactions for prior years and I was told that your server gets bogged down when this is requested. Truthfully, we pay quite a lot of money per month which should warrant an update to your servers to accommodate the many needs of the property management companies. -When recording a payment in a ledger, your software tends to show the previous amount entered at the bottom instead of refreshing to show the amount entered at the time. -Our maintenance team attaches pictures to work orders. There are days they have no issue and then days that they cannot complete this simple task and have to text the pics to our cell phones for us to email ourselves and then upload to the work order. -These are just a few concerns and issues we are dealing with. There are sporadic issues that happen on a daily basis and we never know how buildium is going to act from one day to the next.

Poor supporting and customer service. Regretting moving to Buildium I suggested my company move to Buildium almost one and half months ago. I already regretted. The courses from Buildium are good. However, the staff and customer services are horrible. We applied epay for a month or so ago, now still not working. The compliance team were slow and arrogant, many times just replying one simple sentence not giving constructive guidance. Other supporting team either not respond or slow. We may end up to take paper checks for current month fro many tenants, although we switched to Buildium one and half months ago. Not a good start at all. Disappointed.

Stay away Stay away! Horrible service, salesmen, and support team!! A Buildium sales rep signed me up under the agreement that I could connect my credit cards to Buildium's accounting software. Upon signing up, I realized this to be not true. I promptly contacted him to have my account closed and he essentially ghosted me. I reached out to the customer service team and they told me they had processed my cancellation and that I should receive a refund. I never did, so I followed up over the course of two weeks and still have yet to hear anything back. They are now trying to charge me again and continue my subscription despite the fact that I have IN WRITING that my account was canceled. Buyer beware!!!
