GBLook elsewhere Software is decent once everything is up and running but the setup and support is terrible. Farmed out customer service with terrible follow through and no accountability. Cheaper options are out there now with as good of software and better setup/support.

GBWe have been with Buildium now about 60… We have been with Buildium now about 60 days. The onboarding process was fairly smooth, the access to Support has been night and day compared to the poor access to support at Appfolio. There are a few features missing from the platform that hopefully will come on the road map soon. They are innovating and continuing to make improvements. Buildium is a platform we can grow with.

GBDon't sign up with this company Don't sign up with this company. Buildium charged us over $200.00 for nothing, Buildium only gave us $5000.00 limit per month, what can we do with $5000.00 limit per month? Buildium should let us know before charged us, it wasted time and money, Buildum refused refund, poor customer service and dishonest people.

GBBuildium Works Buildium does a great job in helping us keep track and manage our properties. The financials are not as easy as a Quickbooks system, but we are able to keep the property accounts up to date. The lease renewal process gets confusing at times, but it works fair and we have found the work around's. The feature we like the most is keeping track of maintenance request and sending work orders to our vendors.

GB-Your software does not work well -Your software does not work well. It freezes up - for all staff whether they are in the office or on other computers outside of the office. -The software takes forever to run banking transactions for prior years and I was told that your server gets bogged down when this is requested. Truthfully, we pay quite a lot of money per month which should warrant an update to your servers to accommodate the many needs of the property management companies. -When recording a payment in a ledger, your software tends to show the previous amount entered at the bottom instead of refreshing to show the amount entered at the time. -Our maintenance team attaches pictures to work orders. There are days they have no issue and then days that they cannot complete this simple task and have to text the pics to our cell phones for us to email ourselves and then upload to the work order. -These are just a few concerns and issues we are dealing with. There are sporadic issues that happen on a daily basis and we never know how buildium is going to act from one day to the next.
