GBBuildium used to be great. Now not so great. Buildium is great. But I would not recommend it to new landlords. The background search function is entirely broken. It used to work but for some reason, Buidlium decided to switch to a new provider. That provider is terrible. So that's my review. I like Buildium but I would not recommend it.

GBThey promised the moon and delivered… They promised the moon and delivered squat. I was very specific about what I needed and they promised to provide it. I needed details utility invoices and what I got was one line - no reading, no usage, no rate, nada

GBLong-term client for 13+ years, growing concerns We have been a long-term client for 13+ years and are starting to get concerned about Buildium. We have seen new features drug out for years and still not useable, and changes to their listing syndications that we did not know about until we had to alert Buildium to the massive issues that it was creating. Hope to see some changes

GBGreat Software / Minor glitches The software has been a great update for our office. The difficult part is with any property that has splits, the reports do not show the split figures which is confusing to the owners. We also run into some issues with lease renewals and the default letter for those but we have adjusted as needed.

GBeasy to use easy to use. phone support is a great help. i can't stand those companies that don't offer phone support. buildium helps streamline so much. just wish they would allow tenant files to compartmentalize in one place. For example, tenant app, screening docs, inspection reports, tasks, requests, etc. These things should automatically be accessible in the tenant summary page. Instead, I need to go to inspections-find that tenant report, etc. It is a bit annoying to have to go to 3 or 4 different places, then download, then upload just to have a complete working history of a tenant file.
