GBPoor supporting and customer service. Regretting moving to Buildium I suggested my company move to Buildium almost one and half months ago. I already regretted. The courses from Buildium are good. However, the staff and customer services are horrible. We applied epay for a month or so ago, now still not working. The compliance team were slow and arrogant, many times just replying one simple sentence not giving constructive guidance. Other supporting team either not respond or slow. We may end up to take paper checks for current month fro many tenants, although we switched to Buildium one and half months ago. Not a good start at all. Disappointed.

GBBills need to be assignable to specific… Bills need to be assignable to specific units within a multifamily complex. I am forced to take your reports and manually create a new report via Excel every month for every multifamily complex I manage. This takes an extremely long time. If there is something I'm missing that will solve this issue for me, please let me know.

GBStay away Stay away! Horrible service, salesmen, and support team!! A Buildium sales rep signed me up under the agreement that I could connect my credit cards to Buildium's accounting software. Upon signing up, I realized this to be not true. I promptly contacted him to have my account closed and he essentially ghosted me. I reached out to the customer service team and they told me they had processed my cancellation and that I should receive a refund. I never did, so I followed up over the course of two weeks and still have yet to hear anything back. They are now trying to charge me again and continue my subscription despite the fact that I have IN WRITING that my account was canceled. Buyer beware!!!

GBI been from resident side I been from resident side, and my payment went missing. After two weeks trying to contact customer support, is a disaster, they do not call you back. I end up calling my bank and opening a claim getting a refund. First had good experience, now highly do not recommend to use this platform.

GBI've used many apartment managing… I've used many apartment managing software's. Buildium is by far the best. It is user friendly for the residents, and power enough for management. Many features make it easy to email statements and balance due notifications. Financials are good and easy to import/export when needed. Maintenance tickets in the system are easy to manage and I like the ability to update the residents on progress and repair schedule. It makes us show that we are on our game and let them know that they are important and we are on our repairs. I could go on and on about the pros of Buildium. Highly recommend.
