I would highly recommend Inventory Source! Inventory Source is a local company here in the area to us (Jacksonville).. They have been very helpful! Emails are swiftly replied back to, & the service is unlike any other I have seen for the cost. Our company is about to pay a $1,200 integration fee, we are excited that Inventory Source has this capability in the first place. Any negative reviews on them must be in regards to petty issues or flukes.... I would highly recommend Inventory Source! Only The Best, Justin Stevens

Your customer support is very unsupportive. Your customer support is very unsupportive. It has taken as long as 3 to 4 weeks to get a weak response after we have literally begged for a follow up response. You need to take ownership of this because it's going to seriously damage your reputation. Also...I have spent somewhere in the ballpark around $20,000 paying Senior Software Developers literally hundreds of hours attempt to force your software to work with my woocommerce platform. Finally...the products customers have ordered have very unpredictable delivery. I have had to follow-up numerous times to manage this issue to no avail. I give up. My business is running very substandard because we're only as strong ad our weakest link.

I use this service and so far very… I use this service and so far very happy with it but there is one floor that is very frustrating, you can't run a price, quantity and description update without a full resync . This would be amazing if you could update just the description rather than having to run a Full sync which deletes all your tags and you have to start again

Pathetic Customer Service. High Prices. NO Solutions! Sync does not work as intended. Your customer's orders will go through and then you will learn that your supplier is out of stock on ordered products because Inventory Source did not sync your stock levels correctly with your supplier. What's the point in paying them every month? Support will just keep saying they are looking into it but they actually won't do anything about it. It has been 2 weeks since I filed a complaint with support and still no resolution.

They are insane and a complete JOKE They are insane and a complete JOKE! US Direct and Inventory Source is a scammer organization. They will take your money and never ship the products. Please save your headache and stay away from this frauds. They have zero customer support and do not care about your online reputations.
