Inventory Source is a Star!! We have been using Inventory Source for over 2 years now. We carry over 40,000 products and they adeptly manage most of those through 2 different supplier feeds. We have never had a problem that their support team did not address within a couple of hours. They listen to their customers and are constantly updating their platform with useful features. And updating new suppliers. I would highly recommend Inventory Source to anybody either starting or already running an e-commerce site with external suppliers. And their pricing is very good also.

The people over at Inventory Souce did a great job getting me connected properly. I had sent back and forth many many many emails, and I received a reply quickly and consistently. I've found everyone at inventory source… I've found everyone at inventory source to be very diligent. Email response is not instantaneous but it has been sufficient and they have shown themselves to genuinely care about getting it right. They've tackled some pretty daunting tasks for us over the years, and have delivered more than was promised. Now, if only Amazon and Facebook were so easy to work with. Fat chance.

I would highly recommend Inventory Source! Inventory Source is a local company here in the area to us (Jacksonville).. They have been very helpful! Emails are swiftly replied back to, & the service is unlike any other I have seen for the cost. Our company is about to pay a $1,200 integration fee, we are excited that Inventory Source has this capability in the first place. They are insane and a complete JOKE They are insane and a complete JOKE! US Direct and Inventory Source is a scammer organization. They will take your money and never ship the products. Please save your headache and stay away from this frauds. They have zero customer support and do not care about your online reputations.
