GBCustom Integration complete!! I have been working with Austin for several months on a complicated custom integration. The work is complete and we couldn't be happier! Jamie is our Account Rep and she has been very very responsive to all of our needs. The Dashboard is so powerful and is just amazing. After hand-entering more than 40,000 orders and tracking numbers this is a "game changer". We plan to grow with Inventory Source as part of our business from this day forward. You just cannot go wrong using this company.

GBIdea may sound good but it doesn't… Idea may sound good but it doesn't actually work and I keep on having different issues every few weeks that disrupts our business and causes us huge financial losses. They wouldn't notify you about known issues or that they need some information from you due to integration changes. You would see sudden stops of uploading tracking, stops of accurate inventory counts etc. We have had a huge net loss by using them and they have harmed our marketplace accounts and we haven't had any unique issues that would only affect us... seems like this would happen to anyone

PKInventory Source has been an absolute… Inventory Source has been an absolute disappointment for me. Their promise of seamless product synchronization fell flat, leading to constant confusion and frustration. Moreover, their tendency to cancel orders without warning left me and my customers high and dry. Add to that their sluggish refund process, and you have a recipe for disaster. My advice? Avoid Inventory Source like the plague if you value your peace of mind and your business's reputation.

GBIve had pretty good luck with them Ive had pretty good luck with them, Cust service has always helped me...My only issue is duplicate listings and items going in wrong categories when uploaded...This isn't inventory sources doing...the suppliers don't have the same categories as the platform I'm selling on so it can be a pain sometimes

GBPathetic service and no solutions. Pathetic service. No solutions. Highly monthly prices. Multiple issues on several fronts. Sync does not work as intended. Your order will go through and then you will learn that your supplier is out of stock on that product because inventory source did not sync your stock correctly with the supplier. Whats the point in paying them every month? Also the product import will only import the parent skus and not the variant images- Just 1 from each color and size. Support will just keep saying they will do it but they actually won't do anything about it. No support for affiliates at all either.
