GBPathetic Customer Service. High Prices. NO Solutions! Sync does not work as intended. Your customer's orders will go through and then you will learn that your supplier is out of stock on ordered products because Inventory Source did not sync your stock levels correctly with your supplier. What's the point in paying them every month? Support will just keep saying they are looking into it but they actually won't do anything about it. It has been 2 weeks since I filed a complaint with support and still no resolution.

GBIve had pretty good luck with them Ive had pretty good luck with them, Cust service has always helped me...My only issue is duplicate listings and items going in wrong categories when uploaded...This isn't inventory sources doing...the suppliers don't have the same categories as the platform I'm selling on so it can be a pain sometimes

GBThey are insane and a complete JOKE They are insane and a complete JOKE! US Direct and Inventory Source is a scammer organization. They will take your money and never ship the products. Please save your headache and stay away from this frauds. They have zero customer support and do not care about your online reputations.

GBInventory Source was exactly the type… Inventory Source was exactly the type of service and product I was looking for to help manage my e-commerce business. They also already integrated with the major suppliers and channels I was using. There have been times when I had to contact support because of issues with the syncing, and they have responded quickly and were helpful and able to help resolve the issues. Thanks Inventory Source!
