Samsung SD Card Dilemma Chris was unable to recover my sd card from my samsung phone due to the type of card it was. However, he did his best; not his fault equipment doesn't support Samsung sd cards which he was deeply sorry he couldn't. When I requested my card back he was an excellent customer service agent and he took care of cost of shipping my sd card back to me which I should receive by Thursday this week. Thank you Chris keep up the good work.

Salvage Data is outstanding Salvage Data has one of the best customer care representative. We as a form have been using them for NAS server onsite recoveries that failed due to systematic or hardware malfunctions and they have been by our side since day one. We usually hire them twice a month to check in at our offices and in all occasions we have been able to work in good terms. Their technicians are skilled and know exactly what to do when they show up after having a brief with them.

Very easy to work with! Justin Boothe & Riki Roberts were both awesome to work with. Justin schooled me up during the initial call and set reasonable expectations and was a pleasure to work with. When I called in this evening with a payment question, Riki was outstanding. He took his time even though it was late in the evening to make sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. I highly recommend SalvageData!

Fast work and courteous staff My Nikon D850 and I have been through a lot, but I never expected it to give up on me. Losing countless photos seemed inevitable until SalvageData stepped in. Their Memory Card Recovery service is a game-changer for any photographer.
