We as a form have been using them for NAS server onsite recoveries that failed due to systematic or hardware malfunctions and they have been by our side since day one. We usually hire them twice a month to check in at our offices and in all occasions we have been able to work in good terms. Their technicians are skilled and know exactly what to do when they show up after having a brief with them.

Helpful It was indeed very painful when my IT guy that I usually go to when I have problems with my gadgets told me that it’s going to need real data recovery experts to recover my 3TB lifetime worth photography work. For a moment I thought it was all over and cursed myself why I had not thought of creating a backup, he later referred me to Salvage Data as he has used them more often. Guys, I can’t express what I felt when Alex called to inform me that all my data had been recovered, I literally had tears of joy! Life savers!

Ridiculous pricing. Chose this company out of desperation because it was the first one to show up online. Someone close to me passed and I wanted pictures and videos from an old hard drive. The hard drive was in pretty decent condition. The only problem was I dropped it a few times so it was clicking and was not connecting to my laptop. After I sent in the hard drive, I then decided to go back and look into this company and realize that I made a mistake so as I was awaiting their call I was expecting to hear a ridiculous price after reading reviews. This company lost their mind, quoted me $2200 for a few pictures and videos. Yea no thank you.

Not to bad. Dealt with some fool named George Pavel, Other than him being a bit slow and clearly consuming booger sugar on the other end of the phone, The price was only 800$ and only took about 2 weeks from start to finish including shipping times.
