Easy dealings and communication Hugs to everyone at Salvage data Recovery.They recovered thousands of photos off my iPhone that I had dropped in a lake while out on holiday. I believe their headquarters are in Cleveland, but their drop off location in Seattle made things far easier for me with sending the phone in. Within a week all of my photos were sent back to me on a thumb-drive. Couldn't be happier!

Great Recovery Process Highly recommended. Thankful and grateful that their team was able to recover my hard drive. I am a graphic designer and spilled coffee creamer inside my computer. It got all over the motherboard, inside the screen, and inside my hard drive. Samsung SD Card Dilemma Chris was unable to recover my sd card from my samsung phone due to the type of card it was. However, he did his best; not his fault equipment doesn't support Samsung sd cards which he was deeply sorry he couldn't. When I requested my card back he was an excellent customer service agent and he took care of cost of shipping my sd card back to me which I should receive by Thursday this week. Thank you Chris keep up the good work.

Not to bad. Dealt with some fool named George Pavel, Other than him being a bit slow and clearly consuming booger sugar on the other end of the phone, The price was only 800$ and only took about 2 weeks from start to finish including shipping times.
