Great Recovery Process Highly recommended. Thankful and grateful that their team was able to recover my hard drive. I am a graphic designer and spilled coffee creamer inside my computer. It got all over the motherboard, inside the screen, and inside my hard drive. I thought there was no way it could be recovered after taking it into a local shop for repairs and hearing it make this awful noise. BUT Salvage data fixed it with no problem. I believe their headquarters are in Cleveland, but their drop off location in Seattle made things far easier for me with sending the phone in. Within a week all of my photos were sent back to me on a thumb-drive. Couldn't be happier!

Ridiculous pricing. Chose this company out of desperation because it was the first one to show up online. Someone close to me passed and I wanted pictures and videos from an old hard drive. The hard drive was in pretty decent condition. The only problem was I dropped it a few times so it was clicking and was not connecting to my laptop. After I sent in the hard drive, I then decided to go back and look into this company and realize that I made a mistake so as I was awaiting their call I was expecting to hear a ridiculous price after reading reviews. This company lost their mind, quoted me $2200 for a few pictures and videos. Yea no thank you.

Helpful It was indeed very painful when my IT guy that I usually go to when I have problems with my gadgets told me that it’s going to need real data recovery experts to recover my 3TB lifetime worth photography work. For a moment I thought it was all over and cursed myself why I had not thought of creating a backup, he later referred me to Salvage Data as he has used them more often.
