Delays The initial order when great. My second has yet to be delivered. No communication is very frustrating.

I've been waiting for a service like… I've been waiting for a service like this for a long time. Cool thing about them is you can get more than just retail stuff. I wanted to get donations for the charity that helped my mom when she was diagnosed with breast cancer and I was able to put it on my LuxyList wishlist. Hands down the best service if you're looking for a good way to keep your subs engaged without having to share too much private stuff about you.

This Plattform is fraud! This Plattform is fraud!! They order wrong things, you need to pay lots of fee - even if they cannot send you a gift and need to give you credits instead and will not refund you!

Scam of a website and sent wrong sizes etc Have tried to get me to pay more for gifts many times when I have paid the correct amount. Sent me wrong size for shoes, didn’t send my whole orders, sent my orders to wrong address/name, and much much more, overall very disappointed as a receiver of gifts. I’ve recently caught them out after they demanded me to transfer more money even though the correct amount was paid, they just stopped replying. Out of the 27 gifts I’ve gotten only 6 have been successfully received. They currently are holding an order and not refunding me for shoes they sent the wrong size in. Their customer service takes their sweet time to respond and when you’ve proven them wrong or ask to speak to someone else or speak on the phone they stop replying. They demand more money to be sent otherwise I’ll get credits which I’ll then have to pay more fees on top of those, plus the risk of them trying to get me to pay even more. A lot of my friends don’t have good things to say about this site and luxy list actually owes them money. Their fees are awfully expensive and stupid too. They charge a “shipping fee” but also make you add vendors shipping too. Im going to use wishtender from here on forward and will never ever use this site again.

The experience ordering was fine The experience ordering was fine. I got notification from the person I sent the gift to, that you were out of stock. You made a gift a job for the person that I was sending the gift to. She had to choose something else. That made it not a fun thing to receive.
