This Plattform is fraud! This Plattform is fraud!! They order wrong things, you need to pay lots of fee - even if they cannot send you a gift and need to give you credits instead and will not refund you!

I've been waiting for a service like… I've been waiting for a service like this for a long time. Cool thing about them is you can get more than just retail stuff. I wanted to get donations for the charity that helped my mom when she was diagnosed with breast cancer and I was able to put it on my LuxyList wishlist. Hands down the best service if you're looking for a good way to keep your subs engaged without having to share too much private stuff about you.

The item I selected was not available… The item I selected was not available in my ladies size. Totally ruined the entire experience. If I wanted to send a gift card, I would have done that. A refund is preferable.

Sent two gifts to someone and I was… Sent two gifts to someone and I was unable to view the thank you videos that were sent to me from the person receiving the gifts. The website has technical issues with the customer support admits, and provides no way to retrieve the videos. I would not recommend using this site for sending gifts to someone

Wrong color sent My gift arrived fast but it was the wrong color and wrinkled to hell. I know it isn't Luxy's fault. They showed me confirmation of what they ordered, but still was a disappointment. Versace needs to do better!!!! LL's Gift Support Squad walked me through the exchange. Didn't get to take the dress on my trip as planned which was a bummer
