AUas a retailer dealing with luxylist as a retailer dealing with luxylist, support was terrible because they never answered our queries but still expected us to send out the products. Their activity/purchases are flagged as high risk by our merchant software yet they do not provide any assurance that it's not.

GBThe item I selected was not available… The item I selected was not available in my ladies size. Totally ruined the entire experience. If I wanted to send a gift card, I would have done that. A refund is preferable.

ESI've been waiting for a service like… I've been waiting for a service like this for a long time. Cool thing about them is you can get more than just retail stuff. I wanted to get donations for the charity that helped my mom when she was diagnosed with breast cancer and I was able to put it on my LuxyList wishlist. Hands down the best service if you're looking for a good way to keep your subs engaged without having to share too much private stuff about you.
