Disappointing Experience with Paymentwall Service I am deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by Paymentwall. Despite promptly supplying all the requested information in response to their email #189466526, their support team has been utterly unhelpful. Not only did Paymentwall fail to address my concerns, but their lack of assistance has left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. It is unacceptable for a service provider to ignore customer inquiries, especially when all necessary details have been provided. I expected better from Paymentwall, but sadly, their inability to resolve issues and provide adequate support has severely tarnished my opinion of their services. I strongly advise others to reconsider using Paymentwall until they improve their customer support and responsiveness.

Incredible service Extremely fast, friendly, and easy to get my Black Desert Online refund with these guys. They work secure, have their facts straight and it doesn't matter when you email them, there's a very high chance you'll get a response within the hour (if not virtually instant). Happy to see a company that cares about working as efficient as possible while putting smiles on faces of the customers. Big thumbs up guys.

online purchase I had a problem with doing online payments for a few days and finally find their email address as no one seemed to be able to help. Within a short while i got a reply from paymentwall and they kept replying to every email until my problem were solved within hours. They were patient and friendly and assisted me to finally be able do do a payment. Thanks guys you are amazing!!!!!!

I stop offering payments through… I stop offering payments through PaymentWall because: - Many transactions did not go through for unknown reasons - Take a long time until the money is available. The last payment I received is from 04/13/2022 and there is still money in "Pending Balance". No payout since April - the cost of 20€ per payout (US -> Europe)
