Have been working with them for 5 months, they DO pay you, but their system is literally garbage, the payments and customers are untrackeble. Also, having had no transactions for the last 1 month, our bank account is being charged by them randomly. When asked for a report, they avoid any certain answer, never ever have I received a report from them. Definitely avoid this company, you'll better off with any other payment processor companies, simply unbeliable.

Miserable Why do I need to send my SSN to a random company I've never heard of just to buy a 10 dollar minecraft cosmetic? Absolutely ridiculous. I don't mind having to prove that I own my paypal account, but why the hell do I need to send anything more? Complete violation of my privacy.

Highly unsatisfied and upset Highly unsatisfied! Feel upset! Account creation and approve took more than two months with numerous paperwork demands and multiple delays from Support's responses for days. After all, a Project which was finally tuned to live was banned without any clear explanations while it even did not start to work. Shame, gays!

paymentwall I also had the issue with having my account blocked due to account verification. It took a little effort to verify but eventually everything turned out well. They are friendly and very patient with (often) angry people like me. They might go far to verify your identity but I rather have this then someone strange taking money from my account xD Have patience to communicate with this support team and everything will turn out fine!

Just an advice to pay more attention to your customers! Dear Paymentwall, why not to get 24/7 support? Many people are struggling, as you see, or customer satisfaction is not the priority? What is then? It takes ages to get the response, I already created 3 inquiries to remind about the inquiry. Average response time is around a week. Isn't it funny? It takes way too long, I consider other provider.
