RUJust an advice to pay more attention to your customers! Dear Paymentwall, why not to get 24/7 support? Many people are struggling, as you see, or customer satisfaction is not the priority? What is then? It takes ages to get the response, I already created 3 inquiries to remind about the inquiry. Average response time is around a week. Isn't it funny? It takes way too long, I consider other provider.

HUOne of the worst services I ever met in… One of the worst services I ever met in my life. Have been working with them for 5 months, they DO pay you, but their system is literally garbage, the payments and customers are untrackeble. Also, having had no transactions for the last 1 month, our bank account is being charged by them randomly. When asked for a report, they avoid any certain answer, never ever have I received a report from them. Definitely avoid this company, you'll better off with any other payment processor companies, simply unbeliable.

PHIt took a while but they did it! GJ! I was on the verge of giving up on asking for help for my problem of my account getting blocked for a certain payment system. However, after a day or 2, they managed to fix my problem, they didn't gave up on me. Thank you! P.S please reply to my mails so I don't give up the next time I ask for help! xD

ARMy payment did not arrive and there are no answers. Yesterday at 02:38 am Argentine time I made a payment through paymentwall on the keydrop page. My transfer arrived perfectly, but the balance did not reach my kaydrop wallet. I tried to communicate by all means that I could but they do not give any answer ... The truth is I feel cheated because I already recharged many times with this medium and there were no problems. But now that I recharge a large amount of money and an error occurs, I do not receive any kind of response.
