BEI stop offering payments through… I stop offering payments through PaymentWall because: - Many transactions did not go through for unknown reasons - Take a long time until the money is available. The last payment I received is from 04/13/2022 and there is still money in "Pending Balance". No payout since April - the cost of 20€ per payout (US -> Europe)

PFHighly unsatisfied and upset Highly unsatisfied! Feel upset! Account creation and approve took more than two months with numerous paperwork demands and multiple delays from Support's responses for days. After all, a Project which was finally tuned to live was banned without any clear explanations while it even did not start to work. Shame, gays!

DEDisappointing Experience with Paymentwall Service I am deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by Paymentwall. Despite promptly supplying all the requested information in response to their email #189466526, their support team has been utterly unhelpful. Not only did Paymentwall fail to address my concerns, but their lack of assistance has left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. It is unacceptable for a service provider to ignore customer inquiries, especially when all necessary details have been provided. I expected better from Paymentwall, but sadly, their inability to resolve issues and provide adequate support has severely tarnished my opinion of their services. I strongly advise others to reconsider using Paymentwall until they improve their customer support and responsiveness.

BEpaymentwall I also had the issue with having my account blocked due to account verification. It took a little effort to verify but eventually everything turned out well. They are friendly and very patient with (often) angry people like me. They might go far to verify your identity but I rather have this then someone strange taking money from my account xD Have patience to communicate with this support team and everything will turn out fine!
