Waste of time Spent an hour trying to make a purchase before giving up. Basic "Pay with credit card" option didn't load on several devices/browsers even without ad-block. The other options require you to send them your government ID and proof of your adress etc. Why is this a thing when Paypal exists?

My payment did not arrive and there are no answers. Yesterday at 02:38 am Argentine time I made a payment through paymentwall on the keydrop page. My transfer arrived perfectly, but the balance did not reach my kaydrop wallet. I tried to communicate by all means that I could but they do not give any answer ... The truth is I feel cheated because I already recharged many times with this medium and there were no problems. But now that I recharge a large amount of money and an error occurs, I do not receive any kind of response.

Just an advice to pay more attention to your customers! Dear Paymentwall, why not to get 24/7 support? Many people are struggling, as you see, or customer satisfaction is not the priority? What is then? It takes ages to get the response, I already created 3 inquiries to remind about the inquiry. Average response time is around a week. Isn't it funny? Within a short while i got a reply from paymentwall and they kept replying to every email until my problem were solved within hours.
