It took a while but they did it! GJ! I was on the verge of giving up on asking for help for my problem of my account getting blocked for a certain payment system. Just an advice to pay more attention to your customers! Dear Paymentwall, why not to get 24/7 support? Many people are struggling, as you see, or customer satisfaction is not the priority? What is then? It takes ages to get the response, I already created 3 inquiries to remind about the inquiry. Average response time is around a week. Isn't it funny? It takes way too long, I consider other provider.
