Miserable Why do I need to send my SSN to a random company I've never heard of just to buy a 10 dollar minecraft cosmetic? Absolutely ridiculous. I don't mind having to prove that I own my paypal account, but why the hell do I need to send anything more? Complete violation of my privacy.

Despite promptly supplying all the requested information in response to their email #189466526, their support team has been utterly unhelpful. Not only did Paymentwall fail to address my concerns, but their lack of assistance has left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. It is unacceptable for a service provider to ignore customer inquiries, especially when all necessary details have been provided. I expected better from Paymentwall, but sadly, their inability to resolve issues and provide adequate support has severely tarnished my opinion of their services. I strongly advise others to reconsider using Paymentwall until they improve their customer support and responsiveness.

Waste of time Spent an hour trying to make a purchase before giving up. Basic "Pay with credit card" option didn't load on several devices/browsers even without ad-block. The other options require you to send them your government ID and proof of your adress etc. Why is this a thing when Paypal exists?

My payment did not arrive and there are no answers. Yesterday at 02:38 am Argentine time I made a payment through paymentwall on the keydrop page. My transfer arrived perfectly, but the balance did not reach my kaydrop wallet. I tried to communicate by all means that I could but they do not give any answer ... The truth is I feel cheated because I already recharged many times with this medium and there were no problems. But now that I recharge a large amount of money and an error occurs, I do not receive any kind of response.

Just an advice to pay more attention to your customers! Dear Paymentwall, why not to get 24/7 support? Many people are struggling, as you see, or customer satisfaction is not the priority? What is then? It takes ages to get the response, I already created 3 inquiries to remind about the inquiry. Average response time is around a week. Isn't it funny? It takes way too long, I consider other provider.
