online purchase I had a problem with doing online payments for a few days and finally find their email address as no one seemed to be able to help. Within a short while i got a reply from paymentwall and they kept replying to every email until my problem were solved within hours. They were patient and friendly and assisted me to finally be able do do a payment. Thanks guys you are amazing!!!!!!

Very, very bad Very, very bad... For two years they cant solve issues for payments from Serbia, its ridiculous. Now they are responding to my review - without any purpose, because payment options DO NOT EXIST from Serbia. Cards are not accepted :) bank cards, or any other cards. Also prepaid cards, online or any other - not accepted. Also mobile, also anything else - not accepted. What is the only option you can choose if you are from Serbia, and you are trying to pay something over Paymentwall? All you can do is leave information regarding preferred way of payment, and they (Paymentwall) will one day implement it. :D Yeah, right. So, after two years.. still NOTHING implemented. Like we are asking something incredible. Everything else regarding online payments functions in Serbia 100%, no problem anywhere, except this company. Like we are living in stone age!

Issue Settled The customer service is great, although it is a rigorous process of sending proofs for verification, this just shows how tight their security is. Cards I've been purchasing through them have been wonderful and would get them within minutes. Keep up the good work!

Be avare of these crooks Be avare, that you might not receive your payouts from them!!! That’s what happened to me once I lstopped using their platform. Absolutely rubbish product with the worst possible support team. It took me 1 month to add new project to their system. In stripe exactly the same process was done in 4 hours! Their support sometimes reply 5-7 days after the question was made. I’m so happy to remove paymentwall from all of my projects! Seriously, I didn’t think it was possible to get such a rubbish service in digital products until I used Paymentwall. Total rubbish!

Disappointing Experience with Paymentwall Service I am deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by Paymentwall. Despite promptly supplying all the requested information in response to their email #189466526, their support team has been utterly unhelpful. Not only did Paymentwall fail to address my concerns, but their lack of assistance has left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. It is unacceptable for a service provider to ignore customer inquiries, especially when all necessary details have been provided. I expected better from Paymentwall, but sadly, their inability to resolve issues and provide adequate support has severely tarnished my opinion of their services. I strongly advise others to reconsider using Paymentwall until they improve their customer support and responsiveness.
