I stop offering payments through… I stop offering payments through PaymentWall because: - Many transactions did not go through for unknown reasons - Take a long time until the money is available. The last payment I received is from 04/13/2022 and there is still money in "Pending Balance". No payout since April - the cost of 20€ per payout (US -> Europe)

Very, very bad Very, very bad... For two years they cant solve issues for payments from Serbia, its ridiculous. Now they are responding to my review - without any purpose, because payment options DO NOT EXIST from Serbia. Cards are not accepted :) bank cards, or any other cards. Also prepaid cards, online or any other - not accepted. Also mobile, also anything else - not accepted. What is the only option you can choose if you are from Serbia, and you are trying to pay something over Paymentwall? All you can do is leave information regarding preferred way of payment, and they (Paymentwall) will one day implement it. :D Yeah, right. So, after two years.. still NOTHING implemented. Like we are asking something incredible. Everything else regarding online payments functions in Serbia 100%, no problem anywhere, except this company. Like we are living in stone age!

Highly unsatisfied and upset Highly unsatisfied! Feel upset! Account creation and approve took more than two months with numerous paperwork demands and multiple delays from Support's responses for days. After all, a Project which was finally tuned to live was banned without any clear explanations while it even did not start to work. Shame, gays!

Be avare of these crooks Be avare, that you might not receive your payouts from them!!! That’s what happened to me once I lstopped using their platform. Absolutely rubbish product with the worst possible support team. It took me 1 month to add new project to their system. In stripe exactly the same process was done in 4 hours! Their support sometimes reply 5-7 days after the question was made. I’m so happy to remove paymentwall from all of my projects! Seriously, I didn’t think it was possible to get such a rubbish service in digital products until I used Paymentwall. Total rubbish!

Issue Settled The customer service is great, although it is a rigorous process of sending proofs for verification, this just shows how tight their security is. Cards I've been purchasing through them have been wonderful and would get them within minutes. Keep up the good work!
