TTThey took my domains! Epik Failure Epik had the audacity to demand $99 from me to retrieve my domains, despite being well within the 30-day grace period. Their systems were not available the times I attempted to renew. Naturally, it's all my fault. And the cherry on top? They claim they "have" to charge me $99 a pop, but can miraculously sell them for $12 on NameLiquidate in just days. After all my unwavering loyalty and bringing them new users, this is my grand reward. How wonderfully considerate of them.

GBEpik is by far the best bandwidth value… Epik is by far the best bandwidth value for dollar. I have done business with them, domains, hosting and other. All business dealing with them, two thumbs up. Epik, is a resilient true WEB3 hosting platform. A lot of negative PR from the big 3 who want to keep it a monopoly. Honest is how I know them. Masterbucks, and former employee gripe, seems a little too convenient & coordinated. This is a company doing $40,000,000 a year in revenue other than domains, same exact structure and model that Godaddy utilizes.

CASold a domain through here Sold a domain through here, they sent money to masterbucks, been about 3 weeks and payment to my bank is still pending, they don't reply to support at masterbucks.com and it looks to be a scam company, should be prosecuted both this epik which has their logo on it and masterbucks. Edit just got paid, took 3 months for some reason???

GBWeb Hosting Failure They have been playing games with our web hosting, site was not accessible for three months until I was flagged by a customer and ask "support" to check access. They blocked our site on purpose and only restored it when we complained. Support appears to be non domestic US and third world in nature. Epik.com web hosting is as bad as InMotion.com hosting, which we thought was the worst. We cannot recommend their hosting or their version of C-panel, buyer beware - run like hell if your thinking about using their hosting.

GBWeeks to register. In-Store Credit for Unfulfilled Orders. Paid for new domain registrations 2+ and 3+ weeks ago. Gave up waiting and used another registrar because I didn't want to risk losing the domains. I believe they issue In-Store Credit (still waiting) for unfulfilled orders. Not sure if they'll refund the money via original payment method, so I may be out a few hundred $$$. **update** Nearly 7 weeks now since paying for registrations. No response from Customer Support. Been with them > 4 years. Used to be amazing. Don't know what's going on. Had to move on considering they must be on the way out.
