Epik LLC has been on a self destructive… Epik LLC has been on a self destructive spiral. Epik has seized the domain of many customers without any real explaination. Epik LLC has a history of publically slandering it's clients on social media. Unprofessional, and Unreliable.

Alleged to be dishonest & may keep your money & also expose your data A few years ago we sold several low priced domains using Epik.com but were never paid. There was no way to withdraw the funds. We finally threw in the towel and gave up because it was too much time, work and energy trying to collect. To add salt to our wounds more recently their entire data base was exposed to hackers and our identity was used by a criminal to open fraudulent bank account in our name. Stay far away from the Epik.com scam!

I sold my website through Epik exactly… I sold my website through Epik exactly one month ago in September, and I've still not received my funds. Epik staff and customer care representatives have no clue when will their payment website master bucks are going to be live again. Masterbucks.com is supposed to be going live on October 10th, it's 11th and this website is still under maintenance. Their founder and CEO are not replying to tweets, there is no public announcement of the new date. This is my first and last worst experience on this website. I'll definitely avoid using their platform in the future.

BEWARE - EPIK IS TERRIBLY UNETHICAL Epik has turned into a horrible, dodgy company. In my case, they quickly locked me out of my domains that passed the renewal date just some days and put them in their REDEEM section, where they go trying to charge stiff fees. They DO NOT CARE OR HONOUR the LEGAL FACT that you are within the legal time frame to transfer your domains. They kidnap your domains by simply refusing to provide the AUTH CODES so that you can not transfer your Domains. Never mind what. This is highly unethical and goes against ICANN policies. BEWARE WITH EPIK - HUGE RED FLAG.

Happy with Epik One of the agents, a gent named Bruno, has been the most helpful of all the folks I've interacted with at epik.com. I moved my businesses to epik.com from another service provider and find this platform to be significantly more stable overall. I'm glad I made the switch and it's agents like Bruno, who are not only competent in his knowledge base but also very patient and highly professional in doing his job.
