PKI sold my website through Epik exactly… I sold my website through Epik exactly one month ago in September, and I've still not received my funds. Epik staff and customer care representatives have no clue when will their payment website master bucks are going to be live again. Masterbucks.com is supposed to be going live on October 10th, it's 11th and this website is still under maintenance. Their founder and CEO are not replying to tweets, there is no public announcement of the new date. This is my first and last worst experience on this website. I'll definitely avoid using their platform in the future.

USEPIK, One of the BEST! Some really silly folks on these reviews. This company is completely solid. I have used them to host many domains. Yes some domain renewals are more expensive (i.e. .NET .COM), but the renewal prices are clearly listed on their website (search: "epik renew gltd prices"), the information is easy to find. But if you are concerned with a website takedown, free speech issues, this is the best registrar bar none. If TLD renewal pricing is the issue I would recommend using TLD's with a lower renewal price i.e. .XYZ, but there are many others.

USCustomer service at Epik is wonderful Customer service at Epik is wonderful. I'm just an end-user trying to be the family IT, and they are always friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. My issues may actually be minor, but if I can't fix it it's major. They always come throught. Also, I think their pricing is very good (domain registrar and email hosting is what I use).

USI purchased a domain name from Epik I purchased a domain name from Epik. Rob (the CEO) personally took care of my questions. It's not everyday you see a CEO of a well respected registrar be hands on in helping customers. Most large registrars send you to low tiered customer support. I would not hesitate to purchase from Epik again.

INExcellent Support Recently I have transferred around 600 domains, very easy and hassle free transfer. I've contacted chat support and their support team (Bárbara Freitas) handled everything and reduced my work. I have been using EPIK since 2016 and had zero issues with them. Lower price in the market, user firendly domain management system, more over excellent support from EPIK's CEO Robert Monster
