GBWeeks to register. In-Store Credit for Unfulfilled Orders. Paid for new domain registrations 2+ and 3+ weeks ago. Gave up waiting and used another registrar because I didn't want to risk losing the domains. I believe they issue In-Store Credit (still waiting) for unfulfilled orders. Not sure if they'll refund the money via original payment method, so I may be out a few hundred $$$. **update** Nearly 7 weeks now since paying for registrations. No response from Customer Support. Been with them > 4 years. Used to be amazing. Don't know what's going on. Had to move on considering they must be on the way out.

PKI sold my website through Epik exactly… I sold my website through Epik exactly one month ago in September, and I've still not received my funds. Epik staff and customer care representatives have no clue when will their payment website master bucks are going to be live again. Masterbucks.com is supposed to be going live on October 10th, it's 11th and this website is still under maintenance. Their founder and CEO are not replying to tweets, there is no public announcement of the new date. This is my first and last worst experience on this website. I'll definitely avoid using their platform in the future.

GBCrooks, Google them, they are a scam. These crooks transferred the ownership of my domain to another person in exchange for money and never compensated me for it. Stay away, ICANN and the police should be all over them. Just Google them and you will find stories about the fraud this company is.

They paid us on masterbucks by using their escrow service and they blocked withdrawals... And now to steal people's money they switched to Epik LLC to not give back masterbucks money to their owners. They are criminals, rob monster should learn more about his religion.

GBCustomer service at Epik is wonderful Customer service at Epik is wonderful. I'm just an end-user trying to be the family IT, and they are always friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. My issues may actually be minor, but if I can't fix it it's major. They always come throught. Also, I think their pricing is very good (domain registrar and email hosting is what I use).
