Do not give this company your Credit… Do not give this company your Credit Card. What they promise over a phone conversation is not what they can provide. We are a Large Commercial service company since 1997. We have been looking for a system to help us keep up on invoicing and hold customer history. Also to use as a key Reporting Tool to see how each Tech is doing. This was all a promise of YES we can do all of that for you. Just to find out that it wasn't .... Long story short they collected 3,499.00 and took two months of payments of $799 each month. No service was provided and I had to cancel after the second phone conversation to find out that they can not help us or give us what they initially promised. They are refusing to refund me in full and only offered to pay back $1,598.00, because they said that it is in their section 19 user agreement that was never sent or discussed. This is outrageous and I have contacted our Attorney. I feel like we have been robbed of over $5K. I even asked before they took my money if it didn't work and we did not start the 60 day transfer of data if I could get refunded! Not a good Company to get involved with if you are looking for answers - Please ask them to provide it in writing and try it out before paying. Super Frustrating and I am a very angry Customer who got scammed.

Software Sounds good until you realize… Software Sounds good until you realize they do not synchronize with QB. They send me a video that explains a tool; however, does not fully explain (so I have to do extra steps compared to other programs that synch automatically with QB). I go to cancel their system; they tell me a rep. will respond to me within 2 days. I call in two days and get transferred to an automated hold-que for over 10 minutes. It gives me an option to leave a VM when pressing #2 - this promptly States "Press 3 to save and send your VM. What Voice Mail? REALLY??!! I now have a message into our bank to cancel this subscription! Sincerely, Classic Squeegee

The people at mHelpdesk over promise… The people at mHelpdesk over promise and the software under delivers. Support is bit of a joke as they will do more to get you to go away than they will to fix the issue. For the price its not worth it. Save time and money by going to something else.

We have been using this crm for almost… We have been using this crm for almost a year now and it just has way too many issues that instead of helping us run a better business is creating problems for us. The schedule is impossible to read and see when some one is available maybe is we have too many employees idk. When you schedule an all day job with their "all day" job feature it gives them 12am to 12pm times instead of our hours of operation which are marked on the settings. It makes absolutely no sense. And I've contacted them about it so is not like I don't know ho to use it. They have a cool feature to take a deposit from clients but when you transfer everything to quickbooks it splits the checks in 2 and I now have a huge mess in my quickbooks that makes me cringe as I write about it. There is no way to follow up on estimates, no follow up system, no way to schedule follow ups or keep up with when to call them back. And the last thing the don't have a way to select what an individual employee sees, they either see everything or nothing. The staff is no problem, the problem is managers. I want them to see only what is assigned to them not our entire data. This are not small issues, this makes everything harder. I've contacted them about this issues several times. And all they do is tell me to send an email with my feedback. And that is why I am only giving this a 1 star rating.

Worst decision we made! We expected so much more from mHelpDesk based on the initial customer service experience. The number of issues once we were using the software were unacceptable and our overall impression of mHelpDesk quickly went from "We love this!" to "The WORST DECISION we made!!"
