Basic system. Great for those just starting out. Customer service responds quickly and they are very pleasant. Beyond that there are issues. Useful features that do work are changed or eliminated with out any notice so things will just randomly stop working as they had been. Super frustrating! That prompts you to take time to reach out which garners the usual response of "we made changes, so sorry". I've been offering up feed back for a year on this product. I never receive any feedback other than a canned email. Things that we would like to see work better are ignored. It's been an awful experience thus far prompting us to research a new CRM. The system is basic and leaves me doing much of my job manually via spreadsheets etc.

The people at mHelpdesk over promise… The people at mHelpdesk over promise and the software under delivers. Support is bit of a joke as they will do more to get you to go away than they will to fix the issue. For the price its not worth it. Save time and money by going to something else.

Big promises - left out to dry once the free evaluation time expired Unfortunately for us it was a typical sales pitch that promised the world, but delivered nothing. We even paid a handsome sum for customization, but after four months of testing and missed deadline on Mhelpdesk part we decided to stay with the old software we still use today (BlueFolder). We liked the interface and the look, but it was all smoke and mirrors. There was no effort on the development team to make things right at all, and we felt like they just didn't care. I hate writing bad reviews, but after not even being offered a partial refund I decided to help others avoid the unpleasant experience we had. There was never any follow-up to see what went wrong and attempt to make things right, or find what went wrong. Bad sign.

Top drawer sales and training The sales process was handled by Dominic who listened very attentively and recognized that I don't purchase based on "fire sale" sales methods. He was an excellent sales person. Selena was extremely qualified in our initial training on use of the software. She knows the product, was patient and very easy to understand. As a technodummy, I finished the call and understood everything I had just heard. That's a good trainer.

Excellent customer service Easy to reach, very responsive, willing to take time to be sure we know what we're doing. Invited us to call back at anytime to work out any issues we have. Told us they're working on the few idiosyncratic adjustments we need (ability to have multiple customers with the same name, etc.)
