GBBasic system. Great for those just starting out. Customer service responds quickly and they are very pleasant. Beyond that there are issues. Useful features that do work are changed or eliminated with out any notice so things will just randomly stop working as they had been. Super frustrating! That prompts you to take time to reach out which garners the usual response of "we made changes, so sorry". I've been offering up feed back for a year on this product. I never receive any feedback other than a canned email. Things that we would like to see work better are ignored. It's been an awful experience thus far prompting us to research a new CRM. The system is basic and leaves me doing much of my job manually via spreadsheets etc.

GBDishonest Reps Dishonest Reps. I was sold MHelpdesk with the guarantee it could perform specific functions and the ability to customize specialized sections of the program. However after getting the run around for weeks from reps trying to find "work arounds" to the features I was promised. I was finally told by a service rep that what i was promised was in fact NOT possible. However they charged me a fee for the "support" I got up to this point for a program that NEVER worked for us and I was constantly asked to "try this instead" rather than getting what I was promised and was paying for.

GBThis is what you get when dealing with… This is what you get when dealing with millennials! Our program has never worked right and I have wasted countless hours on the phone with them. It's super slow, even the guy who tried to help me from their service dept said it was slow! He was supposed to get back to me never did. It freezes up constantly. It doesn't save information even after I save it and wait and save it and wait. It shows the green save bar, I close it then the information is gone! My favorite is when I close it and it doesn't close, over and over. totally unpredictable and you can't trust it!! If it was as fasts me I could get so much more done instead of constantly re-doing my work to get it in there. I wish my boss would dump it. I have been using this program since Jan 2019.

GBHas the potential to dominate! We have been using Mhelpdesk for almost 6 months now. The initial setup went fairly smooth. We were assigned a rep that was with us every step of the way. Me having a technical background made it easier, but I could see how someone who has no experience might stumble quite a bit. The training videos are decent but could use some fine tuning. It took about 3 months to say that we were running smoothly, which is a little longer than I expected. However, now that we are on the ground running, we are really enjoying the software. We know that MHD is still adding new features and some of them are much needed, like recurring work orders, which we are beta testing right now. The mobile app really needs a renovation, which we hear is coming soon! Overall, I would definitely recommend this to a friend, simply due to the low cost each month. As a small business owner, who watches every penny, I can tell you that I have researched many FSM softwares and this is definitely the best bang for your small business dollar. Bryan H. GBReally unhappy with them as a loyal … Really unhappy with them as a loyal customers. Have been with them for over 3 - 4 years and run a gas and electrical company. We noticed the server was down at 8:50am on friday, which prevents from doing any bookings / sales. Also all our engineers could not work as they could not see their jobs on their apps. I tried to contact them via Facebook where they responded at 9:15am and said was looking into it. Its is now 12:44pm in the afternoon and have had no response and very unhappy - no follow up calls or updates. It has been bad - lost a lot of money.
