GBHit or Miss Representatives were fast at responding and very helpful. Training was fast and easy. I think the training process can go a little more in depth as I had quiet a few questions on the whole process after reading the training manual. More in depth training videos would be great. Whitening products work pretty good. I think amazing results can be hit or miss though. I also am having a problem with my whitening pens breaking while twisting the bottom causing a loss in inventory. Has happened on 5+ pens in a batch of about 30. Love the lifetime warranty on the light. All in all, a good company and products but could make small improvements to stand out among the rest.

GBI wouldn’t recommend this company to become an instructor for I wouldn’t recommend this company to become a tech whitening instructor for. I was an instructor for about a year. They actually asked me. I thought it was a great opportunity and commission. I discussed it a few times with them that many of my students were new entrepreneurs and the packages were pricey. I have ideas on how we could make it more feasible for some set income students. Nothing came into fruition though. I always had to wait weeks for certificates for my students, even after sending multiple emails. But the worse part of the job was when I was falsely accused with no proof of marketing their company with a similar company as well as being threatened with legal action. Once the employee who yielded the accusations realized she was wrong-still no apology. This was my experience. I’m sure others may have had better. But since I kept getting a reminder to leave a review I thought I would share my honest opinion.
