The company says their products are… The company says their products are made in the US..Not so!!! The NK95 masks I ordered were made in China, and in the package it has the manufacturing info paper from China. This company is scamming people! I contacted them to request info to return them for a refund, since they were sold with false information. They refused any type of return/refund. This company needs to be shut down. Taking advantage of people during a pandemic is disgusting.

BEWARE BEWARE! I ordered a [Pack of 35] NIOSH Certified, Alpha Pro Tech N95 Facemasks from Covcare for 59.99 and they were defective, completely unusable because one of the bands on them was not securely attached and as soon as I tried to put them on, it would detach, leaving the mask open. I sent a request for a refund or a different type mask and they just offered me a ten percent discount. That’s 59.99 down the drain. BTW, I’ve ordered these very same masks many times over the past 9 years through other companies and they were never defective.

False advertising of certified KN95 masks Also ordered KN95 masks advertised as CE certified, that were clearly fake, as they had gaps around the face. When they arrived there was NO barcode, either on the box, or the mask. The company requested photos of masks and boxes, then responded they were correct and as ordered. I replied that CE certification requires track and trace ability, which requires bar codes, lot numbers, or the like. Never heard back.

If you’ve been scammed by Covcare If you’ve been scammed by Covcare, report the company to the BBB. Also consider contacting local news and sharing your experience. Keep a detailed record of any and all correspondence with customer service and management at the company. That’s what I’m doing. If this company is knowingly trafficking counterfeit masks that put public health at risk it can be held accountable. This is unconscionable. Good luck and stay safe.

COV CARE Fake 3M Face Masks. COV CARE Fake 3M Face Masks. I just received my order for 3M NIOSH N95 Respirators from the COV.CARE website. Similar to the review done by jph on 02.11.21, I contacted the 3M company today and they stated that COVCARE and its parent company, Wooter Apparel Inc. are not authorized to sell 3M Masks and the LOT numbers that were printed on the Masks were counterfeit. Beware Consumer!
