ordered and paid +25% surcharge for… ordered and paid +25% surcharge for fast delivery (4-5 days.) never arrived. called to inquire and lady said they would be sent today or tomorrow. asked about refund of the +25% charge, put on hold and came back and said order would be sent by the end of this week. asked for cancellation and refund of entire order and asked for confirmation. lady said email confiming cancellation would be sent today. NONE RECEIVED. Suggest everyone file BBB and NY Atty General complaints for taking adantage of COVID situation!!!

THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Received my purchase in about a week. 5 of the masks were completely defective. Contacted CovCare to get a replacement. They said that we had to ship the defective ones back first. Since this was the only option, we sent them back. CovCare never sent replacements nor issued a refund. CovCare no longer responds to our emails.

BEWARE BEWARE! I ordered a [Pack of 35] NIOSH Certified, Alpha Pro Tech N95 Facemasks from Covcare for 59.99 and they were defective, completely unusable because one of the bands on them was not securely attached and as soon as I tried to put them on, it would detach, leaving the mask open. I sent a request for a refund or a different type mask and they just offered me a ten percent discount. That’s 59.99 down the drain. BTW, I’ve ordered these very same masks many times over the past 9 years through other companies and they were never defective.

KN95 masks Order #15494 I received my KN95 masks yesterday. They were delivered in less than two weeks which was as promised. I put them through the three tests recommended by the CDC to make sure they’re authentic. They passed with flying colors. Finally an honest company. An outstanding company to deal with. COV CARE Fake 3M Face Masks. COV CARE Fake 3M Face Masks. I just received my order for 3M NIOSH N95 Respirators from the COV.CARE website. Similar to the review done by jph on 02.11.21, I contacted the 3M company today and they stated that COVCARE and its parent company, Wooter Apparel Inc. are not authorized to sell 3M Masks and the LOT numbers that were printed on the Masks were counterfeit. Beware Consumer!
