Supervisor Karen listened to my concern, told me she would discuss the issue with her team, and call me within 24 hours to report the outcome. And that's EXACTLY what she did! GBIf you’ve been scammed by Covcare If you’ve been scammed by Covcare, report the company to the BBB. Also consider contacting local news and sharing your experience. Keep a detailed record of any and all correspondence with customer service and management at the company. That’s what I’m doing. If this company is knowingly trafficking counterfeit masks that put public health at risk it can be held accountable. This is unconscionable. Good luck and stay safe.

GBSCAM Only one star as cant do 0. Ordered over a month ago were taking calls but continually say have now received their stock and will 'expediate' delivery. Now when you call there is just a recorded message. SO hundreds of dollars lost.

GBordered and paid +25% surcharge for… ordered and paid +25% surcharge for fast delivery (4-5 days.) never arrived. called to inquire and lady said they would be sent today or tomorrow. asked about refund of the +25% charge, put on hold and came back and said order would be sent by the end of this week. asked for cancellation and refund of entire order and asked for confirmation. lady said email confiming cancellation would be sent today. NONE RECEIVED. Suggest everyone file BBB and NY Atty General complaints for taking adantage of COVID situation!!!

GBGood masks, poor service I have ordered N95 masks from Covcare. The masks were excellent, but their customer service is poor. The order takes several weeks to deliver, and when inquiring about the status of the order, they give one blanket response: "Your order is awaiting shipment and is scheduled to be shipped out soon. Once it ships, you'll get an email with the tracking number." I received this message weeks apart. Expect to wait an EXTREMELY long time for your order. Also, expect minimal help from their customer service.
