GBCompletely unreliable - do NOT use I had ordered face masks mid June and required delivery mid July. The company told us they would ship "very soon" but didn't. Hence we instructed them to cancel the order end of June. They never reacted to our request for cancellation but instead shipped the item mid August(!) - 2 months after our original order date. 1 month after our required delivery date. And despite us instructing them to cancel the order. This company has one of the worst customer service I ever experienced. They are completely unreliable. I strongly discourage anyone from ordering products at this website.

GBTHIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Received my purchase in about a week. 5 of the masks were completely defective. Contacted CovCare to get a replacement. They said that we had to ship the defective ones back first. Since this was the only option, we sent them back. CovCare never sent replacements nor issued a refund. CovCare no longer responds to our emails.

GBSCAM Only one star as cant do 0. Ordered over a month ago were taking calls but continually say have now received their stock and will 'expediate' delivery. Now when you call there is just a recorded message. SO hundreds of dollars lost.

GBBeware of this company Beware, not a reputable company. I ordered Covcare brand CE certified surgical masks as advertised in the website. Shipping charges were higher than usual. Received some unknown Chinese brand, non CE certified masks with the boxes damaged due to poor shipping. Contacted customer service for a return and refund as the product was not what I ordered, with pictures of the damaged boxes. Received a reply stating that their plant was in China with a discount code for future orders not addressing the real issue. Trying to get my money back through Paypal.

GBGood masks, poor service I have ordered N95 masks from Covcare. The masks were excellent, but their customer service is poor. The order takes several weeks to deliver, and when inquiring about the status of the order, they give one blanket response: "Your order is awaiting shipment and is scheduled to be shipped out soon. Once it ships, you'll get an email with the tracking number." I received this message weeks apart. Expect to wait an EXTREMELY long time for your order. Also, expect minimal help from their customer service.
