THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Received my purchase in about a week. 5 of the masks were completely defective. Contacted CovCare to get a replacement. They said that we had to ship the defective ones back first. Since this was the only option, we sent them back. CovCare never sent replacements nor issued a refund. CovCare no longer responds to our emails.

Karen, W., a Supervisor for Covcare, saved the day with her excellent , professional, and efficient customer service after my very poor experience with a customer "service?" rep whose name I won't mention. Supervisor Karen listened to my concern, told me she would discuss the issue with her team, and call me within 24 hours to report the outcome. And that's EXACTLY what she did! Completely unreliable - do NOT use I had ordered face masks mid June and required delivery mid July. The company told us they would ship "very soon" but didn't. Hence we instructed them to cancel the order end of June. They never reacted to our request for cancellation but instead shipped the item mid August(!) - 2 months after our original order date. 1 month after our required delivery date. And despite us instructing them to cancel the order. This company has one of the worst customer service I ever experienced. They are completely unreliable. I strongly discourage anyone from ordering products at this website.

False advertising of certified KN95 masks Also ordered KN95 masks advertised as CE certified, that were clearly fake, as they had gaps around the face. When they arrived there was NO barcode, either on the box, or the mask. The company requested photos of masks and boxes, then responded they were correct and as ordered. I replied that CE certification requires track and trace ability, which requires bar codes, lot numbers, or the like. Never heard back.

The company says their products are… The company says their products are made in the US..Not so!!! The NK95 masks I ordered were made in China, and in the package it has the manufacturing info paper from China. This company is scamming people! I contacted them to request info to return them for a refund, since they were sold with false information. They refused any type of return/refund. This company needs to be shut down. Taking advantage of people during a pandemic is disgusting.
