Rip Off Software with hidden fees Very average software which you are sneakily subscribed up to when you pay for a year. Then when you try to cancel to stop paying they say you only had 30 days. Even cancelling your credit card doesnt stop them charging as AMEX allow an old card to be used for ongoing payments!

Waste of time As echoed below, the trail is a complete waste of time. Can only export drawings with intrusive watermarks on them which block any content from being read. I will not be purchasing as I have no idea what the finished drawings will look like in a report.

The software keeps crashing I'm an Interior Designer and I have used SmartDraw for many years to draw layouts. It seems that it has gone worse over the years as it keeps crashing way too often and it doesn't even keep your previous versions of work. I just lost about 3 hours of work when it crashed AGAIN, even though I had saved all the time. It says I have a "damaged" file, but I can't open it. In my experience there's very little support for users.

Complete garbage Unless you save every 6 minutes, the software will become buggy and completely mess up your design; IE - zoom feature will add a toilet every time you try and select zoom, walls will start adding arrows even though you have not selected to add arrows, Select and place a door and it will freeze the entire screen. Complete junk for the overly priced piece of garbage it is. Avoid this software.

excellent product, easy to use I have used this product to create electric schematics for test boxes on aircraft equipment. design flow faultfinding diagrams for techs to be more effective in diagnosing faults. and even a plan view to submit to council so i could build a 3 bay garage so what can i say, excellent product, easy to use, lost of preformed templates that will also give you better ideas this program is affordable, recommend it for all types of users math, science, media, presentations, planning, ill stop now as i could go on and on.
