GBWORSE Fax COMPANY EVER WORSE Fax COMPANY EVER! FaxDeck shut down my account for $5 Dollars. My bank shut the card down because of fraud that I had an automatic recurring payment with FaxDeck. They claimed that I didn't respond to the 4-notices they sent - they only sent 2(two) after I reviewed my emails. When I emailed them to place my updated bank card to my account they upright refused to reinstate my account. They are a Horrible company that I will never do business with again and I suggest No One else does either...

GBHave they gone out of business? No response, no refund Have they gone out of business? They are still opening accounts, handing out phone numbers and charging credit cards for the accounts. There has been absolutely no receiving of faxes from any source which is included in the fee. I contacted them regarding this and as many others have said, no response.

CACompany discontinued services without notice! Debited our account for payment. We stopped receiving faxes weeks ago and no response from their customer support after numerous attempts. Utterly disappointed that they don't think it was important for them to communicate with their clients if they wanted to discontinue their services. Extremely poor on their part and we lost so many important faxes.
