USHave they gone out of business? No response, no refund Have they gone out of business? They are still opening accounts, handing out phone numbers and charging credit cards for the accounts. There has been absolutely no receiving of faxes from any source which is included in the fee. I contacted them regarding this and as many others have said, no response.

CACompany discontinued services without notice! Debited our account for payment. We stopped receiving faxes weeks ago and no response from their customer support after numerous attempts. Utterly disappointed that they don't think it was important for them to communicate with their clients if they wanted to discontinue their services. Extremely poor on their part and we lost so many important faxes.

USThey are not responding. They are not responding to help tickets. Faxes sent to me are not being received by me on fax deck. They have no telephone number for customer service.

USApparently this company is not in… Apparently this company is not in operation but yet still seems to be taking monthly debits from my account. I have not been receiving any faxes and they aren’t responding to emails. There is no other form of communication for them. I will be disputing all their charges!
