GBWorking remotely from home made easier! When the country shut down last March our office employees began working at home. We no longer had access to our copier/scanner/fax machine. So we tried another fax service and they were terrible. Pretty quickly we searched for a different one and found FaxDeck. We've been very happy with the service. Easy to use, great customer service, and easy billing and payments. We would highly recommend FaxDeck to anyone!

GBI think it’s a s am I been sending… I think it’s a scam I been sending emails and hve not yet gotten a response they don’t hve a phone number yet keep charging me five dollars it’s a bunch of bull to me

GBHave they gone out of business? No response, no refund Have they gone out of business? They are still opening accounts, handing out phone numbers and charging credit cards for the accounts. There has been absolutely no receiving of faxes from any source which is included in the fee. I contacted them regarding this and as many others have said, no response.

GBNothing in over a month...cancel your subscription NOW! We have not received a fax in over a month but have been charged for the service. We fax documents to ourselves...nothing. Up until now we were satisfied with their service but they have ignored 5 attempts to contact them through their customer service portal.

GBThey are not responding. They are not responding to help tickets. Faxes sent to me are not being received by me on fax deck. They have no telephone number for customer service.
