WORSE Fax COMPANY EVER WORSE Fax COMPANY EVER! FaxDeck shut down my account for $5 Dollars. My bank shut the card down because of fraud that I had an automatic recurring payment with FaxDeck. They claimed that I didn't respond to the 4-notices they sent - they only sent 2(two) after I reviewed my emails. When I emailed them to place my updated bank card to my account they upright refused to reinstate my account. They are a Horrible company that I will never do business with again and I suggest No One else does either...

Company discontinued services without notice! Debited our account for payment. We stopped receiving faxes weeks ago and no response from their customer support after numerous attempts. Utterly disappointed that they don't think it was important for them to communicate with their clients if they wanted to discontinue their services. Extremely poor on their part and we lost so many important faxes.

No account access and no response from Help Team I have had an account with Faxdeck for over a year with no problem. I don't fax very often but when need things worked until recently. I tried accessing my account, but the password area only allows upper case letters and mine uses lower case letters as well. I tried resetting the password but the temporary one I received also included lower case letters so no access. I have sent 5 messages to the support team but still no response. I too tried the phone numbers found on the internet only to have no success locating this company. I will be contacting my bank to stop all future drafts from my account.

Great responsive Customer Service! FaxDeck has speedy-responsive customer service. I am behind the curve when it comes to tech; FaxDeck customer service was very patient with me and my lack of tech knowledge and walked me through how to make what should have been a simple solution to my webpage visual... I just needed to zoom out. KUDOS to FaxDeck customer service, what a bargain at $5/month - very convenient and easy to use! Nothing in over a month...cancel your subscription NOW! We have not received a fax in over a month but have been charged for the service. We fax documents to ourselves...nothing. Up until now we were satisfied with their service but they have ignored 5 attempts to contact them through their customer service portal.
