GBThey never reply to emails when the… They never reply to emails when the service goes down. I've been waiting 8 days for a reply to one of 3 emails and nothing yet they still charged my card yesterday for a service that isn't working at all.

GBI have not received a fax in over a month I have not received a fax in over a month even though I was recently charged for my service. I know it is not working because I fax documents to myself in order to turn them into pdf's. Up until now I was very happy with their service but they have ignored my 2 attempts to contact them through their customer service portal.

GBThey are not responding. They are not responding to help tickets. Faxes sent to me are not being received by me on fax deck. They have no telephone number for customer service.

GBThis is exactly what I need as a small… This is exactly what I need as a small business. Rather than rewiring my office, I purchased FaxDeck with a online fax number which is sent to my new fax number at FaxDeck, but also is sent to my email addresses as an attachment for a minimal expense per month. Great job, great company. Thank you.
