USNot receiving faxes, no response from CS! If I could give 0 stars, I would. We haven't received faxes now in nearly 4 weeks. I've been reaching out to Customer Support, via email which apparently is their ONLY method, and no one gets back to you. Save your money and go elsewhere.

USI have not been able to receive faxes… I have not been able to receive faxes for almost 10 days. The information being sent to me is time sensitive. NO ONE from fax deck has responded to my multiple emails. I am going to be forced to close my account. Wish I could charge them for the cost to me to print new business cards.

USThey never reply to emails when the… They never reply to emails when the service goes down. I've been waiting 8 days for a reply to one of 3 emails and nothing yet they still charged my card yesterday for a service that isn't working at all.

USI think it’s a s am I been sending… I think it’s a scam I been sending emails and hve not yet gotten a response they don’t hve a phone number yet keep charging me five dollars it’s a bunch of bull to me

USNo account access and no response from Help Team I have had an account with Faxdeck for over a year with no problem. I don't fax very often but when need things worked until recently. I tried accessing my account, but the password area only allows upper case letters and mine uses lower case letters as well. I tried resetting the password but the temporary one I received also included lower case letters so no access. I have sent 5 messages to the support team but still no response. I too tried the phone numbers found on the internet only to have no success locating this company. I will be contacting my bank to stop all future drafts from my account.
