CACompany discontinued services without notice! Debited our account for payment. We stopped receiving faxes weeks ago and no response from their customer support after numerous attempts. Utterly disappointed that they don't think it was important for them to communicate with their clients if they wanted to discontinue their services. Extremely poor on their part and we lost so many important faxes.

GBThey never reply to emails when the… They never reply to emails when the service goes down. I've been waiting 8 days for a reply to one of 3 emails and nothing yet they still charged my card yesterday for a service that isn't working at all.

GBHave they gone out of business? No response, no refund Have they gone out of business? They are still opening accounts, handing out phone numbers and charging credit cards for the accounts. There has been absolutely no receiving of faxes from any source which is included in the fee. I contacted them regarding this and as many others have said, no response.

GBI have not received a fax in over a month I have not received a fax in over a month even though I was recently charged for my service. I know it is not working because I fax documents to myself in order to turn them into pdf's. Up until now I was very happy with their service but they have ignored my 2 attempts to contact them through their customer service portal.

GBI have not been able to receive faxes… I have not been able to receive faxes for almost 10 days. The information being sent to me is time sensitive. NO ONE from fax deck has responded to my multiple emails. I am going to be forced to close my account. Wish I could charge them for the cost to me to print new business cards.
