STAY AWAY (WARNING) If you're looking for a reliable and affordable web hosting service, Rootpal is not the right choice. I invested $300 on their Appsumo deal, and now my websites are down and I can't get any support from Rootpal. Their user portal is also down, so I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Rootpal is a total scam. Do not waste your money on this company. Once i got a chance to talk and asked for refund and they refused straight away, moreover it's Appsumo's responsibility and when i talked to them they are also refusing for refund even though it's their fault to bring on board a fake company. So for me ROOTPAL and APPSUMO both are fraudulent companies.

My experience after a year of use: Outages in the order of hours are no exception. Unavailability of services or support is standard. Imagine putting your clients' sites here. Their slogan from their site: "We provide you with a unique and unmatched hosting experience, delivering 99.99% uptime & 24/7 support" it is pure fiction and has nothing to do with reality. Worst hosting experience I've had. If you want to lose business and feel frustrated, order their services. Edit 1.6.2022: After their promo video, nothing change, except one, they do not have only utages (almost a week this time), they lost data from they servers.

Pathetic Hosting provider Absolute garbage hosting provider, gave promises on lifetime hosting and half of the time the services are down and not even providing refund too Bought the deal from stocksocial which is also known as scam social.

They abused an Appsumo deal and sold… They abused an Appsumo deal and sold thousands of deals, then they locked the access and destroyed all hosted content of customers. Never replied and stole the money. Do not purchase anything from these scammers.

I would give this company no stars if… I would give this company no stars if possible. They are absolutely awful. If you ever get a response from their support team which is highly unlikely, they are not helpful and incredibly unfriendly. The server is never up and running if you care about your Web posting or domain names I strongly suggest you stay well away from this company.
