The WORST hosting "deal" in history Purchased a three code stack on AppSumo, but immediately started having unexplained outages, so I refunded two of them. Missed the window on refunding the third, so I have been a witness to the train wreck of a dumpster fire that has been RootPal for the last year. Down for weeks/months, broken promises, now it appears to be completely down. I assume for good. I consider it a lost cause at this point.

They abused an Appsumo deal and sold… They abused an Appsumo deal and sold thousands of deals, then they locked the access and destroyed all hosted content of customers. Never replied and stole the money. Do not purchase anything from these scammers.

Awesome Awesome Awesome Was a little skeptical. But now I am impressed with the set of products. Dedicated - yeah! SSH access, node.js hosting, various caching methods, ruby, web firewall, antivirus, git sync, SSL (free LetsEncrypt or pay for your own)... Good customer service. Yes, it may seem a little "techy", but one should not expect a personal IT and Web Development manager for site migration and installation for this price. I had an issue migrating the non-WordPress websites and Armando was friendly and prompt. All good. Godspeed Rootpal!

This company is terrible This company is terrible. They sold their service with a lifetime license on Appsumo. Support was reasonable in terms of response times to start with, but around a month ago, they lost a lot of servers due to what seems like a data breach. They have not communicated with customers. I actually found out when a client's website wouldn't load and they contacted me. And the cause was on an obscure post on their LinkedIn profile. Since then they have refused to answer support tickets. Responses from me get automatically closed down when they themselves don't reply back. Stay away from them if you value your content and time.

My experience after a year of use: Outages in the order of hours are no exception. Unavailability of services or support is standard. Imagine putting your clients' sites here. Their slogan from their site: "We provide you with a unique and unmatched hosting experience, delivering 99.99% uptime & 24/7 support" it is pure fiction and has nothing to do with reality. Worst hosting experience I've had. If you want to lose business and feel frustrated, order their services. Edit 1.6.2022: After their promo video, nothing change, except one, they do not have only utages (almost a week this time), they lost data from they servers.
