Root pal for the whole of this month have not responded. Contact has been made via website and their social media messaging. The service is unacceptable.

CATrash—wouldn't use even if free Website offline every 2-3 months. Then they got hacked and lost our website completely (incl. all backups). No reply to support tickets. Other issues with SSL, emails bouncing. Trash, wouldn't recommend even if free.

AUThey lost everything I had with them… They lost everything I had with them including a VPS that I paid over $600 for. All this withing 6 months. They would lie and tell me that the server was up when it was down and blame my connection. I monitor my websites with a SaaS service and it was reporting they were down constantly. In the end they were hacked and all data including backups lost. they sent out an email blaming the people who supplied their software (not themselves). Honestly they were like little kids who broke something and blamed everyone but themselves. Even blamed PLESK for having slow restore times (month they said. Then they just disappeared with my money and my emails and my website content. It took me six weeks to restore from my root content stored offline. I am now with siteground. Most months 100% uptime and exceptional support. If you intend to make a website of value then don't go near these guys. They are now trying to sell again on Stacksocial. Dont waste your time and efforts on building anything with RootPal. As I said I lost my website, my emails and my nextcloud instance.

GBNextcloud is amazing As I was looking into a Nextcloud solution for a while, I purchased Tier 1 on AppSumo. I started by migrating my WordPress website first though. There were some issues accessing the site after that, but these were solved rather quickly by the Rootpal Support team. Now I am gradually setting up my Nextcloud instance. At first, the instance was slow to non-responsive but this was again solved in a timely way by the Support guys. I haven`t explored all possibilities yet, but I am quite satisfied that I obtained this deal.
