AUI am a fully paid up subscriber to … I am a fully paid up subscriber to Norton Anti-Virus and Internet Security with VPN. Yesterday my Norton would not load. I had to uninstall then reinstall. Today my VPN will not connect. I have spent all morning Tweeting to support who seem to think I have nothing better to do then wait for their replies. I am fed-up with being hacked, blocked and slowed on the Internet. Everyday my internet access in the U.K gets slower and slower on my computer even with all the features of Norton loaded onto it. I would at least compare Security Companies and read reviews before considering using Norton.

GBTerrible customer support A Symantec software caused severe problems and interfered with my internet connection which did not work anymore. When I asked the hotline for help, they first gave me a number that did not work. When I called the hotline again the next day, I had a different person on the line. He told me that I should figure it out on my own and hung up mid sentence as I responded. Never experienced anything like this. I want to point out that I am a very calm person and did not ask or say anything unreasonable. There was no reason for him to hang up.

GBExcellent Security Products! I've used Norton Internet Security and Antivirus on up to 8 pc-devices at home, no problems. GBSlows Down The PC I recently had to switch to Norton Internet Security after my McAfee subscription had run its course and caused me a lot of headaches. Unfortunately Norton turned out to be even worse and my syystem is running horribly slow and jerky except my Alienware Dell laptop (no honey without money as usual). The customer care is no help either. I have made a mistake but hope others do not follow it. Steer clear!!

GBCustomer dis-service Their customer service is non existent. Keep you in the chat queue for ages then when you get to 1st it either drops out or keeps you at number one for an hour. Posn in queue also moves up and down constantly. So awful I have now cancelled my renewal and will go elsewhere.
