Cuz dspite of the free features and a quite decent defence system - the antivirus is a bit too heavy in terms of system resources usage(goes completely fine only on my main pc which is overpowered compared to the normal home one) and the av also fails on detecting some common threats, however I submitted those to research so I hope that`ll be fixed. Everything else is convenient and fine.

Absolutely disgusting service Absolutely disgusting service, Broadcom have now taken over Symantec and the service is the worst I have ever seen. God help you if you get a virus as THIER IS NO SUPPORT NOW. The telephone number will make you wait for 1 hour and then when I spoke to a rude customer service agent and asked for his manager, he just put the phone downon me. COMPANY HAS LOST THE PLOT! Will have to look for another antivirus company for my 1000 licenses required. A 10-year-old customer LOST!

Absolutely dreadful company Absolutely dreadful company. This final incident was a business-to-business engagement, they screwed up which caused my customer problems. My customer wants answers about what broke but Symantec won't talk to me! Am checking about contract breach now but it shouldn't come to this, they have no pride in themselves.

SYMANTEC ANSWERS TO NOBODY!!!! Symantec thinks it is OK to debit people's checking or savings account without authorization. When you attempt to contact them they have a way to state their queue is full and place you on a multi hour hold. I will never use this product again and would caution anybody who is thinking of doing so. Since when does ANY Company get to do an auto renewal a month prior to a subscription termination date without any notification or authorization. OH, OH, I forgot, Silicon Valley millionaires answer to nobody.

Not impressed! Am not at all impressed with the performance of the various Symantec products that my company had started using. As a start-up, we had chosen to go with Symantec based on the advice of our tech partners, but I must say the products are not up to the mark. Not at all good for any company that wants to flourish in business.
